    Takes too long to get the card code.

    Here's the story I ordered 2 x $50 PSN card and 1 x $20 PSN card. I got charged at first. then I start waiting.... checked my email after an hour , no code yet another hour no code yet went outside. came back home , no code yet then around at night time 12 + I got some emails that my orders has been cancelled and only got 1 card instead of 3 I ordered.... Not sure why my orders got cancelled. Later I ordered another $50 and until now I have not yet received that card .... I rate their service : Speed : -0 Frustrating : + 10

    Due to errorr on psn with my billing info I was forced to buy these codes online.....ive bought several 20 and several 50 dollar codes, half of them that came within hours I have no complaint but the other half which charged my card of course but never sent my code was unacceptable! Very displeased with this and dont bother calling best buy about ur problems or ur money back kuz I think everyone knows by now how god awful their customer service is

    It took about an hour for Best Buy to send me the PS3 code, not bad. However, I've been trying to redeem the code for the last 24 hours now in the PS3 store and it's saying the code is not valid. I'm seriously fed up with PS's billing problems and error messages. I'm out $50 right now. If you're a gambling wo/man, then go ahead and give this a shot.

    I can't review this product since it was fraudulently purchased on my credit card. This was reported to Best Buy and my credit card company. There were 3 purchases made for ecards from Best Buy. Thank goodness I saw the information on my email and never tried to open the link.

    Placed an order because I wanted to do some late night gaming and the local Best Buy was closed. The service claims that the code is delivered within 15 minutes. Five hours on, I still haven't received a code. Worthless! If I had known this would take so long, I'd have just wait til the next morning to go and buy it at the store...

    I waited 6 days and they have not sent me my code.   I was charged on my credit card and they have not sent me my code. I called and they tell me to wait 24 to 96 hours to send me the code. This service is the worst I've seen in my life.   I paid and I am waiting for my code

    I can not receive my Code , wait for 8 Hours and receive Cancel Email cannot beleive bestbuy cancel my order i try contact them but still not receive any reply from them

    I receive this number but one time I didn´t receive it. I try to contact best buy service center but just tell me that is not his fault and never receive the card number.

    Over 24 hours and still no code. Chat with Best Buy and get a 4rd party number to call with a recording to leave contact information.
