We are very satisfied with the clarity of the display and volume (we don't need external speaker set anymore). The only downside of this is the 1 click "Favorite menu" button on the remote. Or the quickest way I can view my favorite channels. But I can live with it. Other than that I can't ask for anything else.

The picture is amazing and doesn't look fake like 4K. Sound on the TV is better than most flat screen models. I got it Black Friday weekend on sale for $349 and haven't regretted the decision. Great TV!

I do not know if it is possible to upgrade it! Great, great tv, and it costed nothing!!! The only pity is that it doesn't have BT to connect my HF:( Amazing anyway

Boy was she happy and blown away by the picture.. actually, so was I. I'm more of a Samsung guy, but the colors on this display were incredible. Best option and size for the black Friday deal I was able to pick it up for! Feature packed, great display and awesome cost equal 5 stars!

Unless you look closer, you cannot believe the cool features this TV has. I love the ARC technology allowing me to pause/play from the remote on connected devices. The picture is amazing. Sound fills the room. Love this TV. Prob the best TV I've ever bought.

The picture is so crisp and clear that sometimes I think I am looking out a window.

Great picture quality and easy assembly, I was bale to assemble by myself. I have comcast, so the netflix feature isn't that important to me as comcast now has netflix integrated into their X1 platform, but it is still awesome feature.
