Good picture, good sound, and a good value (it was on sale). Over all a great product (hard to go wrong with a Sony). The customer service was lacking a bit. I had to chase a salesman down to get someone to wait on me, even though I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the front door. It was the easiest commission he ever made!

I purchased this TV during Best Buy's BF promotional and was surprised by the overall quality of the TV's picture. I purchased the TV for a spare room and it more than fulfills my needs. I think the software and home screen menu seem outdated, but I quickly bypass that with the Netfilx button on the remote. Great TV for the money!

works great easy to setup, and has great color and sound

This TV so far has met my expectations for Sony Tv's. I still have the 32" flat screen Sony that I purchased years ago and it is still working great. I fully expect this new Sony to last for many years without any problems. The picture quality is great and it was easy to unpack and setup.

The Picture Quality is outstanding for an LED TV. Compared to the old LCD Samsung TV I had, this is definitely a significant upgrade and the sound is acceptable. The apps are limited but the most important one are present. Only 2 HDMI but gets the job done. Great starter TV overall.

Bought it as one of Best Buy’s deals of the day and couldn’t be any happier. Although it could use some more apps for the smart tv capabilities but it has Netflix and that is fine for me. Clear and clean picture quality. It’s honestly the best bang for your buck!

Set is easy to set up, has very natural picture out of the box that can be improved by backing the color and contrast down slightly from the factory settings. Having 4k resolution makes it great for locations where you have a short viewing distance but want a reasonable sized image.

Completely happy with this non 4K tv. Excellent picture and boosted the bass and treble for satisfying sound out of built-in speakers. Mostly listen to sound out of Sony A/V Receiver and get the best of all home theater scenarios!! Can't beat the price also!! I'm a happy camper!!!

We landed on the Sony even though we were looking for a TV with higher refresh rate. After talking with the very knowledgeable employee we decided that this would suffice for our needs (playing our new PS4). So far, we're completely satisfied with this TV.

Reasonable price, very easy setup and great picture.

After weeks of reviewing costs and quality, and working with store personnel, chose this Sony 55inch. Now after a couple weeks of use, found it has excellent picture and sound.. Received sound bar for Christmas and found never needed it.. Great price and picture and sound.

With rising cable costs we downsized wireless receivers more than once. We liked our smart tv in bedroom and it worked well with a digital antenna. That was our plan. Upgrade size to 55 and ride out contract for cable. First, it didnt hook up same as our smaller Bravia. We needed to call cable provider for in home assistance. Then we notice it has only Netflix button on remote. Our other smart tv and two daughters' smart tvs have many options to choose from: Hula, Amazon, etc. the size is good, we like the handles, we are thinking about switching it to another room since it isnt the smartv we had wanted. Picture and sound are fine, we are disappointed it isnt the smartv we expected and after our cable contract expires we will use Roku. We had a problem when we purchased the TV and seem to justify having it only because it was half what our original Bravia cost.

for the $ spent, this is a very good value. it was easy to set up and operate. I also purchased the warranty, which I hope I never have to use, but since the TV was purchased so inexpensively I went ahead and got the warranty. I'm satisfied so far and I'd purchase this again.

Great picture, good apps with built-in Wi-Fi with internet browser. Only negative is does not have a light on the remote as sales rep stated.

Love the picture quality. Has limitations for an HD Smart TV. Can't stream Crackle even though Best Buy blue shirt and geek squad insist this model can acc to specs. Had to call Sony direct but they couldn't get Crackle after an hour of reprogramming, resetting, etc. That was disappointing. OK for basic TV only.

Color and overall picture is outstanding! My only complaint is the screen picks up a lot of glare...much more than my old TV which has a excellent picture with same resolution but a smaller screen. If it wasn't for that,, I would have given 5 stars. At night, this is not a problem plus the price was a bargain.

I am really enjoying this new Smart Sony 55" TV. So very easy to use, great picture and sound. I think Sony are the best TV. We are using only Sony TVs in our home for the last 15 years, and we are very satisfied with them. Thank you for the great products Sony made.
