Already have 3 Sony tv's about 5yrs old. Excellent Quality and never a performance issue. Needed one for my winter home so Sony was a no brainier. Recent updates to HD technology has made quality ever better.

Bought this tv for my daughter. It was a doorbuster special on Thanksgiving weekend and was in-store only so I did not have the chance to see the tv ahead of time. It is great! Awesome picture and great price.

Picture is clear and sound is great. I love Sony products and it was also on sale. I don't like the remote that much but it's ok. Would be nice if they have a app for the remote so I can download on my phone

Purchased this TV to take advantage of a new High Def satellite receiver; great picture from both satellite and conventional DVD. The TV doesn't have some of the newest Smart TV features and doesn't have Ultra High Def, but we didn't need those.

Picture and audio quality both exceeded my expectations for a 55" TV at this price. Despite the size, the tidy and unobtrusive design means it does not dominate the room when mounted to the living room wall.

Its a pretty good tv. The Apps work well, picture quality is certainly acceptable especially considering the price. Had power issues initially, but other reviews suggested bypassing the surge protector and has worked fine since doing that.

Needed a tv for guest room. Did my homework and read multiple reviews and read consumer report. This has a terrific picture and so easy to set up. Would recommend this tv to anyone wanting a quality tv.

Great features, ie. Smart TV. Sony always delivers at excellent product

Only had $500 to spend on new TV. Great color, Great brightness, Great picture. Don't know much about speakers as I am using external speakers.

I've always been pleased with Sony and this tv is no exception. Easy to set up, no WiFi problems easy to use the built in apps, (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) nice picture, not bad sound. Recommended.

Great picture and sound on this set. No need to spend hundreds more. Quality all around.

I originally picked this up on the Saturday following Black Friday. I got it all hooked up, turned it on, and it was ruined. Somewhere between the manufacturer and Best Buy the screen was killed. You couldn't see any physical damage, just the results when you turned it on. Returned it for a replacement to Best Buy (they were great) and got the new one home and connected. The features were more than I was really needing and given the price, I was surprised it had them. WiFi, built in Netflix and other apps. I have a PS3 and PS4 to connect, but these make it much easier. For the money, it's a great near entry level TV, but with a great visual impact given the much smaller screen I had before.

I'm happy with the TV. The picture is good for the price of the set (I paid $450). The installed apps are decent although I'm baffled that Crackle is missing. I contacted Sony and they said it may be available with a future update.

The only downfall to this television is the weight other than that it's awesome, amazing picture and sound, you will not Go wrong with this one

Great TV for the price, if looking for a TV you can't go wrong with SONY as always. The only little issue was only 2 Hdmi ports but that was expected for the price. Over all the best in the line compared with the other brands.

I got this on black Friday to replace an old 37" T.V. and it is amazing. I do not use HD or 4K content often but when I do, the picture is crystal clear. The only thing missing is more inputs.

I gave it 4 stars only because I haven't had it long enough to give an accurate review. But so far i have not had any problems or issues. The picture exceeded my expectations. I didn't need a tv but I couldn't beat the price.

The TV has good pictures. The issue I have had is with connecting to the "Smart" features. It isn't the quickest. My Roku seems to work more seamlessly. I also get kicked off my network. It isn't my Internet connection because I don't have the issue with other devices. I just don't use the built in apps and just use the screen mirroring when I have to. I got it for $350 during Black Friday weekend so I kept it because of the price. I have a good Samsung also so this is used just for the size.

I've purchased a few Televisions in the past 2 decades. This one has one of the most clear pictures I've seen, and sound is superb. A must have for any gamer, or Netflix binge watcher.
