First I'm told they can pick up old tv and take away So I buy tv and bring it home as it is close to Xmas Then I get online and chat and am told just call 8882378289 and they will take care of it. Well instead of the first or second person scheduling it. I now get someone on the phone and they say well t will be 99 to haul away but if we delivered it then it would be for free. I reminded her I am an elite and delivery is no fee and I was told you would. Well sir blah blah blah. Like I said Best Buy yes. Best service no.
