Got this on sale Black Friday or that Saturday. The picture is not the best but hubby hasn't made any adjustments in the settings. Overall it was great for the price. It was on sale for something like $300 and we had BEST BUY REWARDS so only paid $120 out of pocket.

The TV was part of a bundle with a PS4 when I purchased, which lead me to believe it wouldn't be anything special. It does have a decent picture, and the bevel is fairly small so it doesn't take up to much extra room. However, the menu and the operating system of the TV is super slow!!! It takes forever to start up its "Smart" apps, which you can't add to. It sometimes doesn't recognize inputs unit the TV is unplugged and plugged back in. It causes extreme frustration until I remember what I paid for it. So, for the low price I got it for, I would say it functions as expected.

I've been an android phone kinda guy since my first phone but I loved the Ipad I had, so when it came time for a new phone I went to the dark side. (AKA Apple). So far I like the IPhone better. It just works better for me, I don't know how to better explain it.

Love the TV I believe a Sony was the best choice because of its reliability, its name and the features.

For over the air tv it doesnt look at any numberswithout a dot as dot one which my LG does. ( Example channel 7 as channel 7.1) So for every channel you have to put in channel dot something. Seems like it should be cheaper with all the new technology

I bought this tv during the Black Friday sale weekend and it has been great. No issues at all. Most people are concerned about lower quality items being sold for Black Friday but this tv is worth it!

The flesh color on this Sony 1080p set looks more true to life and less expensive than the LG 4K supper HD set I had bought and return to another brand store.

It's a great alternative tv for gaming. Rich colors, and beautiful image display. Highly recommend.

I was in search of a new television and found the one I bought in a box as an Open Container. Would have bought this one no matter what, but it was nice that the salesman suggested the one we bought!!

I'm a big Sony fan. I'm not entirely impressed with the tv set. Its price was very telling. But it gets the job done. Its heavy too. If you want something better than the usual on a tight budget, then grab it.

Got this tv during Black Friday weekend. Paid $349.99. The picture is good but the apps don't always work. Netflix freezes when loading. Have to unplug the tv and restart. The tv has frozen 2-3 times, wouldn't respond to the remote. Again had to unplug to restart. Not sure if we got one bad unit or if they all do this. Getting ready to return it under warranty.

We purchased this as an early mother's day gift for my mom. We're not really into holidays like that (shes a mom EVERYDAY, not just the second Sunday in May), but she is deserving... She loves it!

The tv is a great tv especially for the price. The image could be a little clearer for live tv but cant complain. Easy to set-up and has handles attached which were very helpful to pick up the tv...overall i would recommend to others

Wish I would have bought the 60 inch but being my first flat screen I think it's a very good picture but sometimes when not in high def picture in pixelated in the darker colors. My first flat screen that's why I don't give it 5 stars

Just bought my first house, needed a lot of merchandise. I bought $1500 worth of products. One was a 16ft HDMI cable that I wasn't sure I was going to need. The bb rep advised me to try it and if it doesn't work, simply bring it back. Once I got around to returning that one item, "policy says there is a two week return policy." Well I wish they told me that in the first place. I tried to return it three weeks after. I'm sure it was on the fine print when I signed which no one reads. Very disappointed that bb customer service is so terrible. Bb return agent didn't Care and it's not her fault they didn't explain it. Won't shop here again

This TV is almost amazing, the only thing missing for me is, it needs better volume control. I have to put it up almost to 70 so i can listen to it perfectly; Otherwise it was worth buying it because i got it very very cheap.

Very plrased with the quality in worksmanship of this tv. I like it so much that i also brought a Blu-Ray plater and a replacement VCR from Sony. The way they pack the tv was excellant.

We are extremely happy with the quality of our Sony TV! It was a great buy and the ZERO interest financing was the finishing touch to get us to buy our early Christmas present in 2016.

This is very good TV. I only give it 4 stars because sometimes it gets stuck and the TV stop responding to remote control so I need to unplug the TV and restart it. this happened 3 times in the past 2 months Thanks

The TV works great. Our rep who helped us gave wrong info. He said it would automatically have PlayStation vue as an app since it is a Sony tv but it is not. We will need to buy a device to play our desired programs.
