Great Black Friday purchase, I wish I had bought two. The Sony Bravia has a great picture.

Purchased this TV on short notice, reading a few reviews, and talking to friends. Black Friday special price made the deal even better! Great picture, love the features and ease when using the remote control. Easy to hang on my existing wall mount. Very happy with this purchase!

Best Buy continues to offer great brands at the Best price. Knowledgeable sales staff assist those not familiar with the latest technology. I am very satisfied with this Sony 55" LED 1080P Smart TV. The picture looks great and the set up was simple. This was truly a Best Buy!

The tv was easy to setup, it was up and running in no time. The picture and color are beautiful, compare to my 720p tv set. The wifi connection was easy to setup slso, Amazon video and youtube play back were smooth. For $350 on black Friday, it's the best deal for 55 in tv.

This tv was just what we needed in our basement. I think it has a great picture.

I have another Sony LED, along with a Sony DVD and Sony mirror-less camera. I like how easy they operate and the similarity of the remotes. This TV and size works well for the room it's in, replacing an old CRT less than half in size. An excellent view for 15 feet.

I wasn't really looking for a TV, but my old one was on its last leg and I decided to start shopping, online. This TV was priced so well, I went out and bought it immediately. Once home, I realized that not only was price low, but the quality was amazing. Love it!

My wife and I love the picture quality. It was easy to setup right out of the box and has been a great purchase. The TV set low so I could not get the cable box under it, so I cut a small piece of plywood and painted it black slid it under the legs. Worked great.

The internet is not the greatest on this model, It is slow and has very few apps. I use a Nvidia Shield for internet. The set up was easy and it has a really good picture. For the price it works and looks as good as the higher priced sets. The sound is OK.

This tv is basically an entry level smart tv. I was not in the market to get a smart TV, have had no interest in getting one, but I got this one and it's nice. Very easy to use and a nice transition from a completely normal HD tv, not overly complicated.

I actually bought this the day after Black Friday ! I was extremely happy with it ! Picture is great , has Hulu , Netflix, pandora , amazon YouTube . Etc . It's great ! Not a fan of the remote . It could be designed better but that's my only complaint!

Got this on a deal of the day, for a great price. It has a great picture and good selection of apps. Despite what I read on other comments, it does have the PLEX app built in. It's not as visible as Netflix, you have to go into Opera to run it, so it's a couple more clicks, but works well. I'm also happy with the sound quality, and seems to have a good selection of picture adjustments. I only have a couple complaints. First, I wish it has at least one more HDMI port (two just doesn't quite cut it when you have a bluray, roku (still use it for some apps you can't get on the tv, like disney, pbs, etc), and a chromecast (haven't figured out the built in casting yet). Second, it has frozen and/or shut off on me a couple times. I actually had to pull the power cord one time to get it to restart. It hasn't been a major inconvenience, I just hope it's not a sign of things to come and won't work properly when it's older. Maybe this is just part of owning a "smart" tv now...

We were looking to upgrade from 30" and could not believe the price and quality of this TV. It was less expensive than the slightly smaller TV of the same brand and model. Set-up was super easy and the delivery crew (geek squad) was wonderful.

Bought this tv for a replacement of an old plasma. Tv had an excellent picture and is very easy to use. Menu options are simple and not complicated. Love the functionality that it has with other Sony products like my PS4 and Sony bluray player

Previous TV was a 55" Vizio LED Smart TV which was just ok from day one.. The Sony has a Nice Picture, Automatically shows television programming when changing channels (using only a regular tv antenna).. The Sony was easy to set up, but I would consider the . remote control average.. Unfortunately the Sony is a bit difficult / time consuming when entering info. into the smart tv feature such a YouTube. Our old Vizio had a 2 sided remote with a Keypad for easy & quick letter entry!.. But overall Sony seems to be a better product than a Vizio... We owned this Sony TV approx. 6 weeks and the Volume Control did "lock-up" once for an unknown reason.. The only way we could reset the Volume to work again was to Unplug the Power to the TV for a few seconds..?

Really great quality and great picture for a really great price.

The t v was pretty easy to hook up the picture was very good. I have used the tv for netflix , youtube,and amazon without any problems. I used a digital optic cable and a samsung sound bar. The menu on the tv is involved but take your time and go thur all the different area.

This television has got everything which is required to be in smart tv. Real worth for the money. Specially when you get in door buster. Easy installation, straightforward remote usage. Picture quality is good although it is not uhdtv.

I love my new TV -- I had my previous 149 lb heavyweight Sony TV for 10yr, and finally upgraded to this Sony 55" 1080p TV. I did my research, and debated between TV sizes (40" vs larger), brands (Sony vs LG vs Samsung vs Vizio), price (Best Buy vs Costco vs others) and resolution (1080p vs 4K). With HD channels and/or HD movies, the resolution is great - I can't imagine how much better the 4K would be. Everyone told me get the Sony. Costco doesn't sell Sony. Originally intended to buy the Sony 40" for $349 then happened to come across the 55" same model, same great reviews -- for $449. How could I pass up such a great deal. This buyer is extremely pleased. Also took advantage of the $14.99 haul-away deal where they removed my old TV the same time they delivered my new TV. Delivery guys were great.
