    Great picture, easy to setup and access internet. Unfortunately tv had a defective hdmi port, so I had to go through hours of dealing with Sony Customer Support before they finally offered to exchange my tv for a replacement.

    Fairly easy set up. To get good quality you need a sound bar. Note the sound bar will block the remote if sitting. No big deal-

    This tv is not a good one. I thought because the Sony name is on it, it would be a good working product. It will shut off for no reason. I go to turn up the volume and it won't. It gets stuck and I have to unplug it to get it back working. I thought it was the remote so I changed the batteries. Not the case. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. I wish I could trade it in for a different one.
