The TV is easy to setup and has a good picture for the price. I love the SmartTV APPS (amazon & netflix) and now have no need to connect other devices. The OTA HD works well in my area with just a indoor 50mile HD antenna.

Been a loyal Sony TV buyer for many years (from 32" up to this 55"). Have never had any issues. Easy setup and streams great over Wi-Fi. Bought this set for commercial use in restaurant.

Easy setup and use. Great picture. Sound OK but i use surround system. Only complaint is screen picks up even the smallest amount of glare.

Nice size, good HD picture, lightweight, decent audio, no dead pixels. Has the standard apps like Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Network setup was simple. Can't find a way to add more apps. YouTube locks up randomly.

The picture is much better than my other flat screen. It is connected to the Wi-Fi and nothing else and does get confused when you try to get to Netflix too quickly. It will lock up and will need to be unplugged for a long period of time before working again.

This TV is a replacement for an older one I had and I am very happy with it this far. For the price, it has great clarity, size is just right and colors are nice too. Very happy!

Easy to setup, great picture, feels solid and reliable, good price although you can get a 4K tv for about the same price or less. We got it mostly for tv watching and video games

Pros: Deep colors and avg black levels. The UI works well and is very easy to get to. Very lightweight and looks great on the wall. Cons: Motion is mediocre at best. Overall, For the price you cant beat it.

I bought this on the Black Friday weekend sale. The price was to good to pass on. It has a very good picture and pretty good sound. The remote is a little touchy but I have gotten used to it. This TV replaced a Samsung plasma that was about ten years old. This Sony is very energy efficient and I have already seen a decrease in my electric bill. I still think the old Plasma's picture is better it just cost too much to run as the "main" set. The Sony's pic was a little harsh out of the box but with a little "tweaking" it is very close to what I had. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. If I had to pay full price I would have probably went 4K and spent a little more. This will do the job for at least a few years to come!

Purchased this during the holidays. Was amazed by the picture and vibrance of the colors coming from the screen. Sony has always been known for quality and this is no exception.

I purchased this as a gift for my in-laws to upgrade the tv they had and it's perfect. The price is good, the warranty is good, the picture is great and the in-laws are happy.

The TV has great picture and was easy to setup.I love the soundbar, I am able to hook everything up to turn on with the TV or my phone. Such convenience!!

My wife and I were looking to replace an older TV that no longer had working HD. I was pretty determined to go for. Lower end 4K model. But the longer we looked we decided a really good 1080i TV is better than a low end 4000. The Geek Squad assured us that Sony is one of the most reliable brands. So we went for it! We've had the set a little over a month and we enjoy it. It actually turns on much quicker than the Vizio we replaced. However, at first I was disappointed in the picture. Then I did a quick Google search and discovered the problem. My devices (cable box and DVD) output were all set for only 720p!! Once I adjusted my peripheral outputs- boom, great picture! Good solid and hopefully reliable TV!

Purchased this on Black Friday. The picture is amazing and the setup was quick and easy. I really like the slim frame, looks very hi-tech. Would definitely buy again!

I bought two of these televisions on Black Friday. Great picture and good looking TV. If your looking for a nice TV at a good price that's not 4K this is one to look at.

The sony kdl55w650d has very true to life color...not over saturated. Crystal clear picture and great sound quality. It has everything I wanted in a tv and for the price, it's well worth the money. Very user friendly remote. It's easy to adjust settings and navigate through menus.

This TV has been great so far. Have had it nearly a year, with no issues. I have never connected it to the Internet, nor have I done any updates. I did buy the extended warranty. For the $500 I paid for this TV, it was certainly a deal. I am an avid Sony fan.

This is my first SMART TV, I purchased it on line and there was so much about installation and I would need help to install it properly so I was little concern but when I open the box I had no trouble putting it together had no trouble what so ever wifi setup was very easy and I wanted to go online first thing I watch was on YouTube and the picture quality was amazing the reason I wanted to watch YouTube because this is where you can find out if the picture quality is as as it advertised and that's what I like about SONY TV's and colors are amazing I recommend SONY TV over other brands.

This TV has an outstanding picture and was very easy to set up. Smart menu has netflix, amazon video and several other apps. Sony always delivers a good product and that rings true with this item.

I love my new TV. Great picture and sound. Everything connected and set up easily. I wish the remote were a bit bigger but it is easy to use and navigate.
