We were looking to upgrade our class 4 plasma, saw this deal online. Came into the store to check it out and I have to say I'm very happy with my purchase. It has many features but what was most important was that it was an android TV. I was easy to get accustomed to and easy to use for the kids.

I've had Sony TV's since 1980. Whenever I need a new TV I do thorough research and visual analysis to decide what to buy. I always come back to Sony. As a pro photographer I look for proper color and detail in shadows, clarity, etc. Sony is just visibly better of all the brands.

This TV is one of the best 4K TVs on the market in its price range. The 4K with HDR is just amazing. I was able to see the nicks and scratches in some of the armor that Zod and the others wore in Man of Steel 4K. The use of bright colors without sacrificing the quality of the dark tones are amazing.

The style is sleek and thin,does not need more room. Picture and sound are great. Colors are bright.

When I purchased this TV it was on sale for $800, and I am not sure what the price is now. With that said, I am really happy with my TV, and would suggest it to anyone looking for a quality TV at a good price. The colors are great and the darks Andre and reboot average. Side viewing is very good, and the menus are very easy to nVigate. It plays 4K vidoes crisply and without much motion blur. Overall, well worth the money.

Reasonably easy to set up just plug and play. TV has a number of apps to start and more you can add. My only issue was getting the TV remote to operate the Direct TV box So far the job is only half done. The TV remote will change the channels on the cable box and show the cable guide but will not turn on/off the cable box. When I use the cable box remote it will turn the TV on but not off. Maybe it is time to buy a universal remote.

It's the best TV experience i ever got when it comes to Quality of the picture and sound. i loved it so much and recommended over Samsung for more options. working with all APPs and Alexa with ring doorbell camera. also you can install Anti virus to protect your Account info.

Excellent tv in this price range. Good picture. Only complaint is the remote has a bit of lag.

I searched the store for a quite a long time asked a lot of questions and watched several different things on each television. The Color on this tv is amazing. Takes a little getting use to, the way it operates is different than any tv I've ever had but once you get that down it's amazing.

I like the picture quality as well as the ease with which I can navigate through the menu.

Great quality, Great Picture. We have sony TV since my grandpa, great as always. At first, I bought the 55 version. But I can't carry it with my coupe. Thanks to the very helpful staffs. They helped me change into the 49 version without any trouble. Great shopping experience too.

Very good entry level 4K TV. Especially good when you consider the cost versus other brands.

I bought this tv as a surprise for my parents and they absolutely love it. The picture is bright and clear. The sound is excellent with out the sound system, but even better with one.

I.went to store to purchase another TV but sales rep showed me this one and I am so glad he did. After explaining some features it made sense to get this one. Picture is beautiful even streaming some 4K shows is amazing. Not as bright as other brand but so much more natural looking

I have enjoyed the TV and it has a great picture. The one draw back is that the wifi will connect when first setting up the TV but after a few days it looses connection and can no longer detect in wifis at all. This has not been a pressing issue for me since my router/modem sits next to the TV so I can just connect it via an eather net cable. I have been meaning to call Sony about it but have not got around to it yet.

Our Sony now sits in my wife's bedroom and it is like watching movies in a theater. This set sucks in the wireless signal where our cell phones fail and produces rich beautiful pictures. Want an amazing TV? Get this model and enjoy clear, crisp, results. For the money it is a great value.

I visited Best Buy probably five times in the last two years saying I am just going to do it and purchase two new HD tv's. The first four times I walk out having the need to educate more on the best purchase for the need and price. Glad I waited, Sony is the best picture for the buck

This TV is better than I thought. It is a great TV, the picture is bright and clear. If you don' t buy a Sony TV you're not buying the best on the market. Dan the Sony Rep. and Rich. Best BuyTV Dept Manager were the best. Both were very helpful. They are both a credit to Best Buy.

This was purchased to go with a new PS4 Pro. The unit is light and easy to move when needed as she keeps changing where she wants it. The color is really much better than our other tv's which are not that old. And it works with the newest releases. We are very satisfied with this.
