This was purchased to go with a new PS4 Pro. The unit is light and easy to move when needed as she keeps changing where she wants it. The color is really much better than our other tv's which are not that old. And it works with the newest releases. We are very satisfied with this.

Needless to say picture quality is outstanding. I was surprised when I loaded a DVD in my player connected to HDMI 2 and was automatically switched to that input. It was probably mentioned in the user's manual but I'm a guy and didn't read it before starting to use the television.

Replaced my 300 lb Sony CRT TV with this. Wife loves the TV and I have the 65 inch in the downstairs game room. TV picture looks amazing. The soap opera affect can be disabled by turning off Motionflow. Netflix and other apps stream very well. Won't be disappointed with this TV.

I was searching for a new 4k TV over the holiday season. I was going to buy a cheaper model until I read some reviews. This TV is great, the picture quality is amazing and the refresh rate is high enough to prevent any of that bluring effect that you will get with cheaper TVs.

Needed to replace an older rear projection tv that gave up the ghost. I wanted the same screen size and understood that anything with current technology would be a huge improvement. This tv was the perfect choice for picture quality and interfacing with added sytem components.

Overall, this was a very good purchase. I needed a replacement TV in my living room, which has off-angle seating, so I was looking for an IPS panel. The x700d did not disappoint. Very good color and a crisp picture. Of course, this is my first 4k hdtv, so perhaps I'm just wowed by the resolution. Although I haven't tried out any 4k content yet, the upsampling seems excellent to me. There are a few minor issues. We mostly watch OTA channels and stream from Amazon. The channel guide is great, although it takes about 45 seconds to startup whenever I power on the TV. I have the internet connected through a cable, not wireless, so that's not holding it up. Also, whenever we switch channels, the channel display info at the top of the screen is "jumpy" (for lack of a better word), for a few seconds as the new channel comes up. Been watching lots of football on this set, and it's excellent for that. Have seen no issues at all with motion blur as it seems to have great response time. Movies are fine for me, but I suppose if I had a VA panel TV playing the same content right next to it I'd see a difference. The onboard Amazon streaming app is okay, but not as crisp as our Fire Stick so I usually stream with the Stick. The sound is fine for us; with it mounted on the wall it provides plenty of volume for the room. We also play some DVDs and bluerays, and both work great. Nice TV. We're happy, but we hope it lasts longer than the previous set (5 years).

This TV was an upgrade from a 9 year old that had lost all but 1 inputs but 1 HDMI. The screen was dark so we were missing half our movies. We brought this 55" Sony home and could see EVERYTHING! Even in a bright room the colors are bright and the motion is unbelievably smooth!

Great picture, surprisingly solid audio, and a lot of bells and whistles. Only issue to date has been an occasional drop of my home wireless signal with difficulty getting back on, but I'm not 100% sure its the television rather than my network (though I have found similar issues via internet search with this particular model.) There are slightly better pictures out there, but not at this price....

We were intending to purchase a different brand of TV until we saw the Sony. The picture quality was far above the other 15 or so TV's on display. Worth the extra money from what we originally intended to spend.

Color, layout and access to all the functions on this Flat Screen are excellent and simple to use. The internal Bluetooth works with Sony PlayStation, but will not hook-up with a head set. Wifi and App downloads are easy to use. There is no voice control with this set-up.

I walked into Best Buy with a couple of TVs in mind. I asked an associate what is the best TV for the money and he recommended this one. Now I judge every other tv I watch because I haven't found one better than this. The picture is amazing and the size is perfect!

We purchased our 55" Sony to replace a smaller TV. Boy, it looks great on the wall, appearing even bigger than it is. Sony was not our first choice, but ended up being the best choice. Color is great, and the higher resolution is wonderful. Great for movies and sports.

This tv any sony xbr,is always the picture,money can buy,in terms of brightness,color,and high definition. IT'S 4K PICTURE MAKES u able to really see what someone looks like,facial wise.One can only dreat what it will look like when 4k broadcasts start.the tv is the best

It started as the tv I wanted. After going back and forth looking at many models it was the one I purchased. Worth the additional money from other brands. Very easy to use and the picture has change our home movie viewing ten fold. Don't think about it, buy it.

We had a smaller tv which we were used to - no problems at all until our children convinced us that our 12 year old tv was outdated. We found this model, it was a good price, took it home and realized what we were missing instantly - glad we decided to upgrade!

This is a great TV! The price was affordable, love the clarity of the 4K, and very happy that there is a Netflix button right on the TV remote! Perfect size for movies or gaming. Very happy with our purchase.

After having a flat screen TV die after 3 years I was looking for a quality TV. While walking around the store the clear crisp picture caught my attention. I know Sony is a brand I can trust & I love it even more now in my own home than the store. Well worth the money!

The TV is very very nice very lightweight easy to hang picture quality is amazing with the dynamic range in color the HDR is an amazing experience for anybody watching any Bluetooth related movies or games games for the PS4 is so far out of this world is just awesome

This product has a very good picture quality and sound, I have been using it without any speakers and so far very satisfied with the results. Also love the features that it has to offer.

I bought this TV last year and though I had some difficulty getting it all set up and synced with the internet afterwards it was great. Picture is amazing and the kids have mastered using the smart capabilities. Heads up if you have a iPhone it’s a pain to figure out how to project from your phone to the TV screen. Had to download a special app to get it to work.
