We love our new TV! The picture is so clear and sharp. We had no idea how much a difference a HD TV would make in viewing. Purchasing process was super easy too. The salesman answered all of our questions and offered more information than we even knew to ask about.

I was another brand of TV fan until it died. I usually do not buy Sony as you play more for the name , but this TV is Awesome. I am happy with the picture, features, 4K technology, and remote. The upgrading of Blu Ray is great as $K dvd players are still expensive.

I compared picture quality and price between this Sony and the Samsung tv. The Best Buy staff were very knowledgable with the different brands and features. Not only does this Sony tv have a much better quality picture but is a bargain for all of the features.

I purchased this TV to replace a 6 year old Mitsubishi that suddenly quit working. The picture on this Sony is clear but seems to be better on certain channels. Not being a real techy person, the tv has a lot of features that I probably won't use. Set up was fairly self explanatory in the tv set-up program. Sound is so so. Very disappointed that you do not get a detailed instruction manual. Everything is on the tv. This is the first tv I've ever gotten without a manual. I like to read through a book and mark/highlight learning sections. Very aggravating to have to keep going into help menus to learn anything. Then if you forget, you have to go back to it. I find myself writing everything down in order to figure out how to maneuver the tv. I've also gone on line to Sony.com but there is no manual to even download except this little basic book that you get with the tv. If I wouldn't have had to get a tv so quickly, and done more research, I may not have purchased this. I would recommend only for those who wish to take advantage of all the streaming, internet, etc. features.

I just wish it was a little bit faster, Android system is too slow on this one

Our old televisions went out at the same time so we bought two of these. The smart feature and size were exactly what we were looking for. The picture quality on this Sony model is awesome compared to what we had and so we made our choice and have no regrets

Excellent quality TV. It's the fourth one I've bought. The picture quality is crisp, colors are bright and the interface is easy to use. Sony has been around for a while and knows what they're doing.

We had bought this TV on a special, and my toddler threw something at it and broke it only 3 weeks later. We loved the TV so much that we went and bought another. You can't find anything else this high quality or a brand with such a good rep at this price.

Originally went in for a different tv and after the help from employee we got this. It was last years model. It was a little more expensive than the tv we were looking at! But it soo much better. The employee showed us all the differences. We love it!

This TV fits perfectly in my room with a nice contemporary design. Has a great picture. Ease of access to all your favorite apps too, already loaded on. Sound quality is good even without sound bar but would definitely be enhanced with one.

I really like this TV. It's easy to use and integrates with Alexa I bit too

This is the first flat screen and smart TV I've bought, I was still living with the old style, boxy, heavy tv's. This is a great product so far from one of the superior names in home electronics. Great picture and features. The sound could be slightly better and I've heard from others that finding he right in home antenna for over the air channels can be tricky.

This TV is seriously amazing. I've had 0 issues, except I didn't understand how to connect the TV to Google/my phone, which to me, isn't an issue. Viewing is amazing. I can't speak to the sound quality as I have had a soundbar hooked up the entire time.

Although our older television was quite good we decided to upgrade to the SONY 55. The screen is a little bit larger but the screen is much clearer and it remains clear even after you move to the right or the left of the screen and view from an angle.

Wow! Great value on this TV, It has everything we wanted within a very reasonable price. We caught this one on sale and I don't think we could have made a better purchase for the money. Very please with the picture and all the options with apps.

This TV is so easy to use. After using the "Geeks" to install it and give us some instructions it is so easy to navigate around. Love the Netflix direct button along with all the other features.

I needed a good base for the tv since it needed to sit on a table. It was easy to put together. The set-up directions for the tv took longer than I thought and it could have been easier with better instructions but we made it through. Great picture.

Great colors. Great navigation. Sony is always better than Samsung. My old Sony Bravia from 2008 has a better picture than my Samsung from 2014. So it was easy to pay a little extra and get the Sony 55in instead of the Samsung equivalent.
