Bought for a master bedroom and it's perfect. Color is beautiful. Super simple setup and very user friendly. Am glad I bought this and would recommend to everyone.

I went in ready to buy another brand tv, but came across this one as an open box. It was so reasonably priced, and I bought the insurance for five years. Still cheaper than regular price. The image is awesome; sound is solid. I've been very impressed.

Great tv. Picture seems to be great but this is my first 4k tv with hdr. Sound is good for this type of tv and way better then the LG we returned to Costco. Processor is a little slow to react when turning down volume but that is my only complaint.

We were looking to get another TV because my dad's 15 year old TV died. We were going to give him our 51 in TV which was only a couple of years old. We wanted to get a LED tv because had only gotten plasma tv's before. We looked around and saw one that was online but it came with no warranty so we kept looking and found this great Sony. The colors are bright and since it is a smart tv you don't need other boxes to watch Netflix or Hulu. The price was good for a 55 in. 4K Ultra tv. The colors are bright and once you figure out the remote a great tv to have.

I bought this TV after returning another TV brand that operated by a tablet that was way to difficult to operate. This TV has a beautiful picture screen and was very easy to operate. All programs were preloaded (Netflix, Amazon Video) and with a few clicks of the remote and inputting passwords this TV was ready to go within 15 to 20 minutes. This is the 4th Sony that I have purchased over my lifetime and Sony has never let me down yet.

It's a Sony so yeah I liked that it was easy to get going right out of the box. Great picture , easy to use and it was a really good price!!

Other than the delivery, I did all the setup of my TV with no glitches at all. I went from an old HD 46" Sanyo to this 55" Sony, which has many more features and quality of viewing not experienced before for me. I am extremely satisfied with this Sony product.

We lost our well loved 2010 model 55" tv due to power surges during Hurricane Matthew. Hubby is a serious movie buff, so having a good, dependable TV is important for us. This TV is phenomenal! Everything is at your fingertips (all the popular streaming apps, like Netflix, Amazon Video, etc, etc, etc.) It was easy to set up, easy to program and the picture quality is absolutely FANTASTIC!! We were upset to lose our other tv, but having this tv to take it's place sure helped put smiles back on our faces!!

This Sony 55 inch 4K TV has a beautiful picture when viewing regular TV programs, baseball games and other programs. When viewing a movie that is in 4K ultra HD, the clarity is breathtaking. Colors are crisp, the smart TV function works much better than the previous TV I had from another manufacturer. This is my second Sony TV and I can't imagine not buying Sony in the future. connect this TV to a quality Sound Bar and you'll think you are in a movie theatre ... more popcorn please!

This TV has a full and rich picture as well as Android built right in! To fully take advantage of 4K programming, I ended up paying 3 extra dollars a month for Netflix's UHD content. All I can say is...wow! While I am aware this is an entry level 4K TV, I have been blown away by the images displayed on this set. Since android is installed, I was able to load Kodi...there is no need for a box or fire stick. I am in love with this set. I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed!

I bought this product mainly for the Sony brand I have been a Sony customer since 1978 and have owned many of there TV'S. This set is no different from my prior purchases meaning the quality and great picture the sets have had. So far so good I haven't owned it long less than a month now but I am pleased with the set so far.

Great TV for the price!! Surpassed expectations; stand was a little bit of a challenge to assemble, but great otherwise!!

Very satisfied with this Tv. It's my first smart Tv, and was amazed to see see how easy it is to navigate through the apps. I listen to Pandora, to Spotify, and watch Netflix, Pureflix, and You Tube with ease. My son connects his smart phone to the Tv, and plays his games. The picture is is so clear, and the Tv also complements my home theater. The only down side is the remote control, at times it seems like there is a delay on the functions. There was several occasion when I had shut off the Tv, only to see it was on few hours later with no picture, beside that the Tv is great. The Tv is also light, and was easy to set it up to a wall mount, that I did by myself.

Easy to unpack and set-up. Can be a bit tricky to complete the initial programming for your wifi. Brilliant color and exceptional sound. Great value in it's size and feature category.

The picture is great and I like all the options that it comes with for the price it was very reasonable

4k Tv with a 4k blue ray player connected to a magnolia premium digital receiver is better than the theatre, I'm so impressed that I don't go to the movies that much any more.

Beautiful picture. Very user friendly. Easily mounted. Only complaint is the stand. If you choose to not mount this TV, be prepared for it to be unsteady on the stand.

I wanted a 55" tv but I was waiting to purchase a 4K ultra tv at a good price and I wanted a Sony. I have had the tv since 7/1/17 and I am very pleased with my selection. Hook up was very easy. However I didn't know that not all Sony Tv's have internet search engines. I found that out recently when I searched the internet to see how to do it on the tv. I have to hook up lap top to visit websites. No big deal though.
