I was not trying to return it. Desapointed in there customer service. I have been a reward member for many years

With the full array back lit screen the images and video is superb. The audio is almost sounds bar quality. The i/o on the back is perfect for connection all your devices and the built in Bluetooth makes wireless device setup fun. Plus being able to use my android phone as a remote is a nice touch by Sony. Having an on screen tv Guide is nice but buggy at times and the user interface is confusing at times. I would give it a 5 star review if the menu and user interface was simplified. I figured it out but my wife still has problems and my parents who bought one the next day are clueless and frightened of the menu.
