Everything I purchased from Best Buy was on point! I was looking for a mid priced 4K Television and The Sony was recommended. I went in looking at Samsung and Vizio. The moment I looked I looked at the Sony I purchased; it was Love at first sight. I also added a Sony Soundbar with wireless subwoofer. The entire process of purchase and the Geek Squad installation was seamless. The staff at Best Buy did an exceptional job

Great TV, great picture great features. I bought this to replace a 12 year old 42" LG TV that still worked fine but was feeling kind of small. I don't use any of the 'Smart' features of this TV. The minor problems with this TV are 1) No sleep button on the remote (there is a sleep feature but to get to it takes a lot of clicking, Fortunately my Sony RM-vl600 remote knows how to access sleep with one click) 2) The TV uses 10 watts when it is turned off, my old TV used 0. It only uses about 100 watts when on which is 1/2 what my old TV used. Only a problem is you care about energy efficiency. It really annoys me that no one includes a real manual with purchases like this but that's a personal peeve. Overall an excellent TV.

I did read a lot of reviews concerning a lot of 4K HDTV before choosing my Sony and it was a perfect choice for us it replaced a plasma. Wow it's like looking out a window. Lite as a feather for n comparison to the plasma (25lbs vs 88lbs) was easy to install and set up we have had no troubles at all. We use external surround sound. But the speakers didn't seem bad what I heard. I love my sony. Worth every dime

the only drawback is not being an android smart tv but even without that, it's great. the picture is phenomenal and it responds quickly when going between outputs.

This TV has a great picture. The bluetooth feature allowed my husband to connect his wireless headphones so he can watch silently while i sleep. There are a lot of apps that come with it. It has easy instructions on the screen. I also bought the 4k Sony dvd player and the pictures are excellent-so clear. I was looking at other brands, but I'm glad I bought the SONY. The installation and setup was easy.

I have another Sony in my house which I didn't like as much as I do this new one. However now that Xfinity came and put in X1 service I like both of them but especially this one. The color is superb and the sound is fantastic to the point where I don't need a sound bar in this room. I love that Sony has interactive help right from the TV or you can call them and they are very quick to lend a hand.

I went to the store with the intent of buying a much cheaper Samsung smart TV, but the rep showed me this Sony 4K television and the Android TV interface really sold me. The picture quality is incredible, but I find navigating the menus and applications so effortless and so much easier than any other operating system. I'm not a fan of Android at all - but WOW did they get it right on the television side!!!

This tv was purchased as a replacement for a Vizio that crapped out. I’m glad I gave Sony a chance because the quality is superb and the sound is amazing

This TV is amazing in my opinion it's a Lil better than my Samsung curve TV. The picture quality is amazing. The colors on this TV is great I don't have anything to complain about. I connected a xbox one s to it and the 4k with the two together is great crisp color and sound is great on TV way better than I expected

Well, the set is definitely capable of all it says it is! I must admit that some of its set up, while completely easy to do, leaves questions about what it can do that I am not even aware of. I think the online tutorials are excellent and I know that time working through all the options will improve the experience even more

Sony makes terrific TVs. This 55" TV is for a multipurpose room, both den and kitchen combo, sometimes family movie night, sometimes sports, mostly HGTV:). Tons of daylight pours into this area and the picture is outstanding without glare. Colors and images are crisp. Sound bar not needed...louder volume for movies provides ample base. For the price this is a no brainer decision.

We love the tv but the stand takes up too much room underneath. Now we have nowhere to put our sound bar. Also the signal from the remote is also dead center rather than being off to the side so the sound bar can't be there even if we mounted the tv on a bracket. The picture is beautiful though and the size is perfect.

this t.v. is beautiful!!! I wasn't in the market for a television. When ours died, right before Christmas Family get together, we were in a bind. after glancing and reading all the hd and ultra 4k t.v.'s in the store we decided on this one. the quality is superb!! the color...endless.... you can watch it at any angle and it's beautiful viewing. Definitely recommend!!

I returned a much more expensive Samsung (ks8000) because the picture could never seem to be calibrated to a satisfactory level. After more research I decided to try the Sony X700. Straight out of the box the picture was amazing. I downloaded the firmware update and it opened a whole new experience. The picture is amazing. Sports and so much fun to watch. No regrets here.

Our TV gave the black screen of death one afternoon, so off to Best Buy we went. After going through some questions and our expectations, the sales team showed us a couple TVs that fit those requirements that they had. The picture and color are so much clearer than our previous (granted, it was 8 yrs old), and set up was a breeze. Great product for the price!

Excellent product ,fits into any reasonable size room perfectly, very clear picture, easy to set up. Everything is included in this package. Can watch virtually any movie ever made! Voice control makes everything easy and fast. Would recommend this television to anyone who really enjoys an enormous variety of entertainment. Excellent choice.

This 55inch Sony is a great buy. The color saturation is so good we get compliments from guests in our home. The 55 inch size gives you a big picture for the most value. It was very easy to set up. It was simple to hook up a DVD player, router, antenna, cable. This is the first Sony we've owned and we are impressed. We'd recommend it.

This is the best TV we have had so far. Great quality and you can not beat the price. Sony is on the rise back to their former top spot in the electronics world. We replaced our Samsung TV that kept shutting off. It started months after purchase and they would not send a tech out. Their customer service was horrible. Hence no more Samsung.
