Picture is great. Works great except that they have not upgraded the software to be able to use Bluetooth headphones.

Great picture and good sound without a sound bar. Even in low light. setup directions could have been a little clearer but was able to figure everything out

Still figuring out sound options but the TV has a great picture. Only complaint is it won't link up with an apple phone for playback. Beyond that a great TV.

Only owned for 6 weeks, but first impression is that picture quality is good but voice has a heavy bass sound that makes some voices difficult to understand.

I was not sure about getting a Sony I have been a Samsung guy for years in fact I buy a new tv every year for the last 10 years or so and never have got a Sony when I went this year feb 22 to Best Buy I was looking at the Samsung's and I was talking to the guy working and he pointed me to the Sony and I thought about it for a while and I ended buying it got it home and set up and I have not been disappointed yet I love this tv the only thing I don't like is the remote its to big and way to many buttons so that being said it a great tv and would buy another Sony Any day

installers broke a tab on the cover for the back of the tv. Seemed in an awful hurry to just plug it in and leave. I should have really complained and got a new cover but I am sure the hassle would not be worth it. The tv is great just wish it did not have that broken piece. The blue ray works great. People at best buy were really great.

No disappointments here! Gorgeous 4k picture,intuitive easy to use remote and plenty of connections for new devices as well as old.highly recommended!

HDR is extremely impressive, more than the higher resolution. The only downside is the shiny finish of the screen which may cause some reflection issues.

we were choosing between a Samsung and this TV and decided the features were better. We are excited about the dynamic range feature and the vibrant colors

Recommend this TV. The XBR series from Sony has always been great with all the current and future hookups. Love the picture, but the sound could be better.

This TV is Amazing. Best Buy came and set it up for me with free delivery. It took me a couple weeks to get the right settings. Read through AVS forum and this TV has the best Blacks besides OLED with the right picture settings. No clouding and ghosting. Very good TV Best 4K for the money.

This Sony 4K High Definition Television is perfect for sporting events. Excellent refresher to minimize meteor like effect with ball movement.

My wife and I decided that it was time to replace our old Insignia 40" tv which was still working great but was just old enough I could no longer get a firmware update for the TV and we decided to go ahead an put it in our bedroom. We were planning on buying another Insignia but saw the Sony and while it really was a little outside of what we wanted to spend, I am glad we got this one. I had intended to get it to watch the NCAA tournament but so far I have barely had a chance to watch the TV. My wife fell in love and she now controls it!!

After reviewing products in the store took the recommendation of the sales guy. So happy with the picture and not the most expensive either.

Great picture quality. Sound with built in speakers isn't great, but that is not much of a surprise given the thin profile of the TV. Setup was easy.

I was limited to a 55 inch tv. The picture is amazing. Built in cable management. Only thing with that, is you need to use low profile cables.
