Great tv and Bose sound bar 300 with sub and rear speakers

This is one of the best TV's for anyone to own for the money.

I am happy but only after two Geek Squad calls and one more to go. I had one of those extra installers and not the Geek Squad and he was not good, but the Geek Squad sent a member and he was very good and fiv xed all but one cable which the first guy damaged. They are waiting for the cable and they(Geek Squad) will come and finish the job.

To find the right TV for my new house i went to Best Buy and shopped for options. The sales associates were great and very informed . I settled on the Sony because of the Black technology.

I expected more from this TV. Unfortunately, all I can rate it is fair. Sony replaced the unit I purchased because it had a problem in which shadows - especially in people's faces - sometimes had a greenish cast. Sony didn't argue that it was a problem, and I received a replacement TV. The replacement TV has less of this problem, though I can occasionally still see it. Even without this problem, the TV has difficulties with some content causing pixilation and other artifacts. When I called Best Buy, the Geek Squad guy I spoke to gleefully told me that I couldn't return the TV because the return date had passed. I'm not a satisfied customer and I will escalate this.

I LIKE THE PICTURE JUST AS GOOD AS LG OLED GREAT FEATURES TOO.

We purchased this TV as an upgrade from our 32" flat screen. We didn't want anything larger than a 55" and didn't want to spend more than $1500. The picture quality on this TV is a definite improvement from our 32", and has the added features of a Smart TV. We purchased it a little over a month ago and are satisfied with our purchase.

What else can I say. Keep up the good work. This is a vg Tv

We purchased this TV at Best Buy after speaking with the Sony representative on site. He assured us that Sony would not be pursuing the OLED path anytime soon as LG did because the problems with “burn-in” were still too common. Of course, this proved to be false within a few months. That being said, the picture quality is very good for a non-OLED, but we obviously overpaid by comparison. Also, we’ve had to have two Sony techs out to replace and/or repair the motherboard. It is often slow or unresponsive. The blacks are not great, whenever any pixels are activated, light shadows appear elsewhere, especially in the corners. Very good picture quality (except for blacks), but poor processors.

Love the TV, I would definately purchase it again!

We are enjoying this TV & love the ease of the features that bring our multiple viewing options to one location. The apps download feature is convenient for watching our purchased movies. I had Best Buy techs set up the TV & features & that was very helpful also. Sony is the best brand of TV i have bought over the years.
