The TV picture and the look of the TV are great...

Very few apps on Android TV. Can't even get facebook on it or chrome browser which is pretty sad for a smart TV. Picture is great but not impressed with the smart TV features. Parents bought a Samsung and have more features and theirs doesn't even have Android.

Very easy to setup, including installing stand. App interface very easy to use for things such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, etc. Interface with audio receiver was simple to apply, so not using TV speakers therefore can't comment on their quality.

I have always been a Samsung fan. This Sony TV exceeds my expectations. The blacks are very nice and does not hurt the picture and the colors are beautiful. I did not realize this TV also had 3-D capability. I am very impressed with this purchase

The Sony picture is very good. Unfortunately after only one month the screen developed vertical lines across it. Went back to the store and arranged for a return and replacement. Best Buy picked up and delivered the new one last night. Hoping this one lasts.

In doing research on 4K TV's, I came to notice the excellent reviews the Sony XBR55-930D 4K HDR TV received from individuals and tech savvy people alike. After seeing it displayed, the product confirmed what others were saying. Now that I have it up and running, I am thrilled all that this Sony TV has to offer.

I really didn't think there would be that much of a difference between this TV and an older one I had. I am shocked at the crisp, clear picture. My grandpa was in awe of the color variations in the grass he could s e when watching Golf. Love the remote control, voice activation works great. Love this TV!!

Many features...got the Sony for the AndroidTV capability. Works great although my assumption that every streaming app on the play store would be available with AndroidTV...not the case. Picture quality exactly as advertised. Almost too perfect as I needed to do some adjusting to soften the picture a bit.

This tv is absolutely amazing. The picture is stellar and the contrast has been amazing for several sci-fi movies. As a smart tv, it works wonderfully without issues. The 4K looks amazing on some channels and HD streaming. My only issue is the menu could be a little more user friendly.

I had this tv for about a week. It was a decent tv good picture, but wasn't that good for sound and gaming was a little delayed. I returned this and got the lg oled that tv is deffeinty worth the extra money so much better in so many ways. If you have the extra money don't even bother with this.

My previous TV gave up the ghost and I needed a new one. Best Buy's wide selection plus two quite knowledgeable sales reps made selecting my new TV FUN! Though it seemed so easy I was surprised to discover how long I had been in Best Buy. Thanks so much for my new TV and thanks for your help.

This our 4th Sony TV, (3rd HD, 2nd 4k). The picture "up-scaled" from cable HD service is outstanding. For the money it would be hard to beat it. The sound quality is not so great, but we did not buy this TV for the sound quality. Maybe a sound bar should be included, (Sony, are listening?)

Great tv all around nothing bad to say about it cause it have every thing you want in a tv. But sony should have made this tv passive 3D active 3D is good to but I like passive 3D a little better then active 3D but still it's just my preference but great tv all around Love It!!!

Expensive but: justified extra $ to purchase Sony XBR55X 930D because of: 1) Picture Quality... when compared on Best Buy TV Demo Wall. 2) Best Buy Credit Card Sign-up... $150 for Store Purchases. 3) Best Buy Sale... saved $300 off List Price. TV's Video "Upgrade Capability" is Excellent.

Nice TV. Great picture. Takes a little time to unpack, make sure your read the unpacking sheet if you want to save the box for future use. You'll need a sound bar or other S-sound system. Was going to buy a cheaper Samsung, glad the store rep showed me this one for a little more $.

I love my Sony television and the Android interface they have added since the last Sony Television purchase 4 years ago. All of my apps from google are available to me on my television and my netflix and youtube accounts as well. The Awesome Picture Quality is the cherry on top!

I do not know if my streaming plan has anything to do with it, but for me the resolution is not as expected. At least, it was not what I experienced in the Best Buy store. I have a streaming plan where all my programs are streamed over wifi and I do not have a cable top box

I purchased this TV after reviewing the newest technology in televisions with my salesperson. It has been over 8 years since my prior purchase. This TV has it all. I'm very pleased and highly recommend you consider this one if your in the market for s new TV.

Wonderful TV in store. Unfortunately, it failed. But, Geek Squad came right out and assessed it as unrepairable. Best Buy replaced it! Hooray for the replacement policy, which I don't usually buy.
