First new updated technology TV in 14 years. Excellent new Sony TV reblaced a Sony Bravia. Replaced TV to stream Netflix. Geek Squad intalled new TV. Very satsfied.

all in all very satisfied with the tv. however one thing needs to be upgraded is the sound, tough to hear unless u turn way up. i do have it mounted flush to wall.

Started out with the curved version,but it had a pixel defect.tryed to other brands .but they just could not beat the oled 55.GREAT JOB LG>>

I have always had brand loyalty to Sony. I was tempted to go to the other side (Samsung). But you definitely get the most bang for your buck with Sony.

Purchased this television at Best Buy in Henderson Nevada. The most knowledgeable sales person, and great service, with delivery and Geek Squad set up.

Why would a company like Sony make such a great TV with sound capabilities like two empty tin cans with a wire attached to each? They may be creating a market for sound bars, which I find to be horrible also. The bass is irritating in my opinion on the many I have checked out. I am not sure how to answer "Would I recommend this TV to a friend." I would highly recommend the screen but I would not recommend the sounds that come out of the TV - so the answer is NO.

Very satisfied with viewing HD content. However, we occasionally view non-HD content which seems looks worse than on our 10 year-old Sony XBR HD TV.

I can not say enough about the service and helpfulness.of Best Buy and it's staff. The people went above and beyond to assist me. Great job.

Installer was great and understood the process of installlng both the tv and my new stereo sytem so they could all work together. Great job.

bought the & 70" model for the den and was so impressed that we bought the 55" version for the study. what a picture.!!!! thanks SONY.

We love the TV but there is no manual. We bought it for the Smart features but we don't know how to make those work and it's frustrating.

The quality of this TV is amazing, better than I expected. The screen is very flat, and the quality perfect with 4K content/1080p.

Everything about this tv is great but the 3D is less than perfect

I got mine open box because of being last year's model. Worth it at a discount, not as good as any of the E series Sony ones

Sony was the pioneer in 4K and this TV definitely lives up to the hype. For the price and function, it's definitely an awesome value.

Quality picture and sound with this TV. Ours is in a large room and plenty clear enough and loud enough for the big space.
