Clarity, durable, our favorite brand. Have not had any issues on any products from Sony.

First off I'd suggest doing some research and watching YouTube reviews that aren't sponsored by Sony or lent to the reviewer to talk about the product as its most likely biased. Once you start seeing issues you'll realize that this model TV is overrated for the price. One of the biggest issues I have is the warping issues. I seen our unit was slightly bent if you look long ways down the top of the TV edge. Also the store model was so warped it looked as if it were a curved TV. The store rep jokingly said it's the curved model feature. Also the 3D glasses don't even come with the TV in the box! You're paying that much and they can't spare 2 pair at least? LG does with their TV's. And the quality of the TV isn't even as good as the Samsung KS8000 model, which is supposed to be a lower model line compared to Sony's D930 line. I'm sorry Sony, I tried to get on board because I love your Sony PS4, but this is just substandard and couldn't do it. Please make a better product next year that blows me away and I'll try again.

Work good so far, some lines on local channels but digital channels are clear I've had it 2 weeks

I really love this TV, after having the samsung version, I wouldn't give this one up for anything!

T.V. was damaged upon opening when we got home. Returned but had to travel to seconk to pick up T.V

My second sony bravia and I love it. Customer service was not very helpful and misinformed.

Love this tv,always been a Sony owner, my 40" was great but this 55" is great and awesome,

HDMI connection lost signal. Tweaked it to have it work. Am replacing HDMI connector cable.

I you want a TV that is the best and will do what you want it to this is the TV for you.

Got this on sale and love it. Had couple problems with updating and tv would not turn on.

While going through my first hours of use, this NEW Sony - 55" LED Smart TV stopped working, not recognizing or responding to remote control - it seemed to be stuck with some internal software loops? (Android???). Only way to get it back was to unplug and plug it again... The problem has been repeating. I then tried to eliminate the zillion applications it had running (that I did not launch..., ), however from time to time it returns to this unresponsive mode, less severe though ... with a message covering the screen that can not be removed because it does not recognize / respond to the remote control ... I am now afraid to even touch any thing on the TV remote, apart from volume... I have been consulting around about what is happening and how to make this "smart" TV to work somehow close to what is advertised... No luck so far. Certainly disappointed, to the point I wish someone could take it back...

The clarity is like being right there. We have had Sony in our household for years.

I think Sony has a great product. I am enjoying the TV.
