The 55” Sony OLED 4K TV I purchased is the best available both from a video and audio standpoint. If you desire the best 4K TV don’t be fooled by the lower prices from others.

From the Best Buy staff in the store, to the Geek Squad, everything is perfect. Staff of the in store staff to the Geek Squad staff, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. TV's which I chose after researching them were as good as advertised. It is important to note I always get the Best Buy warranty because when you by electronic items, there can always be a problem in the future. I would not buy any electronics anywhere else because I trust Best Buy. They stand behind their products. They also don't work on commission which means they are not pushing a certain product. That means honest answers to a consumer's questions about product comparison.

We wanted to buy a new OLED tv so we went to Best Buy to check them out. Vince at the West Des Moines store was so helpful and answered all our questions. After checking them all out and comparing pictures, we chose this 55 inch Sony. We would have gone bigger but have limited space. The picture and sound are amazing! Even SD channels look good and color! We are more than pleased.

The picture is great and the sound is impressive without a secondary sound source. The only issues I am having are casting to the tv and some buggy app issues. Playstation video being the app with issues. Would think it would be flawless on a Sony tv, not so much. Sony support for Playstation video is non-existent

I choose the TV because of my more than 30 years of experience with Sony TVs. I replaced my 27-year old Trinitron with my new HD TV. I love the clarity of picture and excellent color

We originally purchased a Samsung Q60, the picture quality was terrible, we took it back and got the Sony. This TV is far superior and rivals the picture quality of a plasma.

Amazing picture. You just have to see a BluRay movie in 4kUHD. Words can't describe how life like the picture is. I am super happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

Amazing OLED display, though the sound is not very powerful. This is most likely due to the thin design of the OLED tvs on the market.

This has excellent picture quality and has allowed us to use a flat TV without an external sound bar. A bit expensive but continues to work well.

An amazing tv that delivers fantastic colors, great black levels, great user interface for apps, and just an overall amazing picture and build quality, as expected from Sony.

I always wanted a sony t.v. Very impressed by the color picture and the easy set up. If you're looking for a great picture? I would highly recommend you purchasing sony.

Set up with my Android phone was very easy and foolproof. Picture and sound are both terrific. The Acoustic Surface Audio works way better than I expected. Fantastic TV.

The TV was easy to set up and connect to a new sound bar. Overall, no major problems. However, we are still learning to use some of the functions on the remote.

Best tv ever. Sony has always been my favorite tv. And it has the best picture. Is great to watch movies and especially YouTube videos.

We saw this on display in store. As we were comparing the different models, this on stood out. We cant believe the picture. We already had a 4k, but the OLED is just amazing.

Love this 4k uhd TV, great picture. The speakers are the best I have heard coming from such a thin TV. I use it as my stereo.

Bought this for the Xbox TV and absolutely love it. Not only do we play the game on it we find ourselves in the game room watching the TV. Great picture!

This TV is absolutely fantastic! OLED is the way to go for the best picture quality. Make sure you have HDMI cables with a 120hz refresh rate, for the best picture!

This is a great TV at a great price. Setup was very simple and it's very easy to operate. But the big win is...the picture! It is even more stunning than I expected.
