The curbside pickup was well organized and the employees made it that way. Days later I saw the TV at a lower price, but not enough to change my feeling of getting a really good deal. The installation to my previous wall mount was a perfect fit. The setup was easy and the picture exceeds my previous Sony TV.

Great Interface!

We also loved the option to have the TV boot up to the last Input chosen. We like having the TV start to the Xfinity Cable Input so we resume watching whatever show we had on. So many TV's make you return to the home screen which add an extra step. Great TV

Sony, still the one and only.

That LG lasted a year at most, while the 2 Sony's I've had prior to this current purchase have lasted 4-5 years and well over a year on this second Sony. The first Sony suffered an accident and would probably still be working otherwise. Sony has always been a great buy with quality components throughout all my years of owning their products.

Picture is very nice but the sound situation gets annoying. It’s like the audio is doubled and the only way to fix it is to unplug the tv and plug it back in. I have to do that all the time. Would not recommend unless you don’t mind that issue. It is an inexpensive TV, but I assumed I wouldn’t have any issues because it’s Sony. I was wrong.

We sincerely apologize for the constant frustration with the recurring doubled audio issue on your BRAVIA 2 II. This is not the quality experience we intend for our customers.
To resolve this bug, please first try a Soft Reset by pressing and holding the Power button on your remote for about five seconds until the TV restarts. If this is not a permanent fix, we strongly recommend a Factory Data Reset via the settings menu, as this clears any lingering software conflicts. If the audio issue continues, please contact our dedicated support team directly https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US
