We sincerely apologize for the constant frustration with the recurring doubled audio issue on your BRAVIA 2 II. This is not the quality experience we intend for our customers.

To resolve this bug, please first try a Soft Reset by pressing and holding the Power button on your remote for about five seconds until the TV restarts. If this is not a permanent fix, we strongly recommend a Factory Data Reset via the settings menu, as this clears any lingering software conflicts. If the audio issue continues, please contact our dedicated support team directly https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US
