Not happy with that picture so I asked if I could return it. I had 30 days so I returned it and got the next size up pricewise. I had no problem. I love the new TV. However, when I went to the store to pick up the new one, it took me 30 minutes to find someone to help me there was no one there. I’m elderly and I kept going back to the desk telling them there’s no one there. Finally, somebody did appear other than that. The transaction went well.

I informed him several times I was paying cash. I realize salesmen have to inform customers of all available opportunities but when I said I was not interested I didn't like that he kept on..He's only doing his job but i was annoyed

It was a 48 inch Bravia, which I purchased around 2005. Well, it finally stopped working. Of course, I purchaed another Sony tv. This time I purchased a 55 inch Bravia. This tv did not disappoint. Picture is great and sound is excellent because I purchased a sound bar, also a Sony. I only buy Sony tvs because they last. That is why they are a lttle bit more expensive, because they last. I bought this tv on sale.

This was an in store purchase so that I could evaluate the Sony TV verses the other TV manufacturers. Based on the picture quality, pricing, compatibility with existingTV remores, and along history with Sony TV's, purchasing another Sony TV was the logical purchase. Easy to install & setup also.

My new Bravia 5 continues that opinion. For the best picture from external media, Roku, 4k Bluray, etc. invest in 2.1 HDMI cables. It makes a difference.
