    The television has quality sound and color depth. It was quite cumbersome to install on a table with two people. Setup was a nightmare. It does not work with cable company programming very well. It is not recommended for older consumers, due to moving from menu to menu. It is product more for the younger generation for video games and streaming.

    I love this TV. I replaced a 10 year old Samsung 4K that was definitely behind the times and let me tell you… wow. This is my first OLED and it works so well in the basement room where I mounted it. Highly recommend this TV if it’s in the right space. I also got a Bravia 9 which is much better suited for a brighter room.

    The picture is really sharp on this model. I wanted a 65 inch but was a few inches short for it to fit so I had to settle for the 55. It’s a nice set.

    An excellent set! First experience with an OLED, and I love it. I respect Samsung, and LG is great. Even the upstarts like Hisense and TCL have impressive models at their price points. However, for me Sony processing remains second to none.

    A much smarter TV than I’ve had in the past so it’s taking longer to figure out how to do some things. Picture is excellent as is audio, but it took a bit to get the bass adjusted to where I think it sounds best. Too bad they don’t come with instruction books like they used to. Otherwise I’d of given it 5 stars! Very happy overall!

    We bought a 2025 Samsung 65 inch smart TV after purchasing and returning a 55 inch Sony. The Sony oicture was too dark and we couldn't adjust the light to he bright enough. The Samsung picture is great, but has too many AI features for my wide, but otherwise we are used to Samsumg products. The process for exchanging was simple and made easy.

    The 55" Class Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV is absolutely beautiful, and the service couldn't have been better. I bought the TV just before Christmas, and Best Buy had it installed the very next day! The installers were helpful and friendly, did the installation quickly, cleaned up, and took the old TV away with them. Great product, great service!

    I purchased a 55” Sony Bravia 8 TV and it was a great value. It was delivered to my house on time as promised. The controls took a little time to get use to but I managed. I had to call Best Buy for assistance but they couldn’t figure out the problem but scheduled a technician at no cost to me. The technician figured out the problem really quick. It was a piece of wood blocking the signal from the controller. A little slide over of the cable box and problem solved. Best Buy was super to work with and they took excellent care of this customer.

    I bought the 55 inch for a bedroom. Excellent sound, no soundbar needed. Perfect picture. This is my first oled tv. I wish the remote was backlit. Other tv’s in house are Samsung, which are good too. But Sony raises the bar on so many little things. Definitely worth the price.

    Excellent TV. I have grown accustomed to the UI with Google TV, but it took a couple weeks. I love that it comes with PlayStation Remote Play built in. I can play my PS5 in any room of my house. Picture quality is great. Deep blacks, vibrant colors, and minimal glare. I’m not sure I understand the motion enhancement settings yet. But motion seems fine to me. I will be getting the Bravia Soundbar 8 to utilize Acoustic Center Sync. Can’t wait. It’s my favorite tv on the house.
