But because of the size of the room it's in I purchased the 5.1 channel soundbar, which is about 1/2" shorter than the TV. Because I am not hanging the TV, the soundbar has to set in front of the feet. If there were a stand that allowed the soundbar to slide much closer to the tv it would have been 5 stars.

We’ve also had the Geek Squad who installed the Sony TV try to create compatibility with the Harmony Remote Control, but it only works internittently.

OLED really is the only way to go any more. The improvement in viewing angle alone puts led to shame. The picture and sound are everything I expected in this, my second OLED Sony from Best Buy.

Sony uses LG oled panels, and then pairs that with their own processor. This makes this TV one of the fastest when scrolling through apps and programs. I can't get over how sharp and clear the Oled picture is... the 55 inch is definitely the best value in oled tv's, period!

Max, Netflix, Disney+ - so far they have all locked up and stopped working several times. I have to keep clearing cache and data and reloading in to each app. Beyond annoying. I would have been better off with w a regular TV and connecting an Apple TV. I still may do that and return this because it's driving me crazy spending so much time trying to fix the apps in the brief time I have to relax and unwind and watch TV.

Regarding the issues you've encountered with the streaming apps such as Max, Netflix, and Disney+ freezing and requiring cache and data clearing, we understand how frustrating this can be.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help improve the performance of these apps:
Power Reset Your Modem/Router: Unplug the power cable of your modem and router, wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in. Ensure that both devices reconnect to the internet and your network.
Check Signal Strength and Possible Interference: Ensure your router is placed close to your TV (preferably within 25 feet) and in a location without walls or other obstructions. Make sure other wireless devices are not causing interference.
Change DNS Settings: Sometimes, changing your TV’s DNS settings to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) can improve network performance. This can be done through the network settings menu of your TV.
Clear Cache and Data: As you have mentioned doing this before, ensure it is done correctly as follows:
On the remote control, press the HOME button.
Select Settings.
Go to Apps → See all apps.
Select the app (e.g., Netflix), then select Clear cache and Clear data.
Restart the TV: You can restart the TV to refresh its performance. Follow the steps from the settings menu under System → Restart.
