Really clear picture with rich color & depth. no issues with fading or freezing. Surprisingly lightweight too. Didn’t love the sound from our old soundbar so we switched out and got a Bose and now…perfection! Thanks to the geek squad for a quick install.

Max, Netflix, Disney+ - so far they have all locked up and stopped working several times. I have to keep clearing cache and data and reloading in to each app. Beyond annoying. I would have been better off with w a regular TV and connecting an Apple TV. I still may do that and return this because it's driving me crazy spending so much time trying to fix the apps in the brief time I have to relax and unwind and watch TV.

Regarding the issues you've encountered with the streaming apps such as Max, Netflix, and Disney+ freezing and requiring cache and data clearing, we understand how frustrating this can be.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help improve the performance of these apps:
Power Reset Your Modem/Router: Unplug the power cable of your modem and router, wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in. Ensure that both devices reconnect to the internet and your network.
Check Signal Strength and Possible Interference: Ensure your router is placed close to your TV (preferably within 25 feet) and in a location without walls or other obstructions. Make sure other wireless devices are not causing interference.
Change DNS Settings: Sometimes, changing your TV’s DNS settings to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) can improve network performance. This can be done through the network settings menu of your TV.
Clear Cache and Data: As you have mentioned doing this before, ensure it is done correctly as follows:
On the remote control, press the HOME button.
Select Settings.
Go to Apps → See all apps.

Amazing with PS5

The quality of the display is incredible - amazing colors, clarity, and refresh rate. Never have I had a better gaming TV than this. I highly recommend it if you can afford it. There was long delay when changing channels, but Sony customer service thru email was able to tell me how to go to "hidden Channels" and turn off the duplicate channels that were slow.
