Could be brighter and definitely recommend a sound bar as this had downward firing speakers.But it has been a great tv so far!

Great Colors and Great Brightness

We think it was worth the additional investment vs the more affordable TV’s that are same size. Colors are brighter and image is more vivid. Downside is that Sony made a deal with google so I think it’s Hulu that’s difficult to install but I can’t remember exactly

So no one needs to take that blame. Best Buy’s works thru and did a super job.

Great tv except for the lack of ui customization

IP control is great but don’t bother with the Google TV lite. Doesn’t have the same capabilities to customize as a Chromecast so you’re stuck looking at ads and other garbage. Plug in a 4K Apple TV and never use any of the TVs functions and it’s a great monitor. That said. The limited functionality is still 100x better than Samsungs interface.
