Not as expected.

My wife found it to not be Apple friendly as she thought it was and it was more Google oriented. She could not get it to play Apple Music, etc. Also, we both objected to the preloaded Fox "news" channels it offered. I mean, seriously?? No NSNBC ?? We returned it and purchased a same size Samsung tv and it's working out much better. The Best Buy experience was fine however with helpful people throughout.

Don't Do It

Very disappointed that Best Buy is ok with selling defective merchandise and has no intention of making it right with their customers.. I buy everything electronic related from Best Buy,.... I always have. Never again

Dark and dull picture quality

In vivid mode, everything looks colorful and bright. However, when you play video games, it switches to game mode which is dark, dull, and lifeless. If you switch it to vivid mode when playing games, there is a significant lag that makes playing games unbearable. Had to return it and buy a Samsung OLED instead. I had one in the living room that didn’t have this issue.

Open box - Disappointment

It didn't have a box so the employees took forever to wrap it and didn't even do it well. When I unwrapped it at home the tv was absolutely filthy and covered in scratches. So disappointing. Returning it today.

OLED flickers

These steps may also help resolve the issue:
Check the connection and position of the antenna and peripheral devices
-Check the antenna/cable connection.
-Keep the antenna/cable away from other connecting cables.
-When installing an optional device, leave some space between the device and the TV.
-Make sure that the antenna is connected using a high quality 75-ohm coaxial cable.
Check the [Motion] setting
-Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [Motionflow] — [Off].
-Change the current setting of [CineMotion] to [Off].
Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [CineMotion].
Perform a power reset
-Turn off the TV.
-Unplug the television power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
-Let the television remain without power for 2 minutes.
-Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.

The worst “HD” tv on the market!

I’ve gone through all the picture settings and nothing makes the picture better. Watching sports on this is horrible! It’s like watching in non-HD, no matter what adjustments I make in the settings.

This is not the experience that we want you to have. Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Performing a power reset on your TV may resolve this issue if it's caused by a temporary malfunction:
-Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet (or from the back of the TV or power adapter if the power cord is detachable and accessible), wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
Note: If your TV power cord is completely inaccessible, you may be able to disconnect the power by temporarily turning off the circuit breaker switch to the power outlet used by your TV.
Check if any devices connected to your TV are causing an issue (such as a malfunctioning device or a data communication issue):
-Turn off the TV.
-Disconnect all devices (including any external USB devices, hard drives, and all HDMI-connected devices) from the TV.
-Turn on the TV and check if the issue goes away (which means the TV is not the cause). If the TV is working, continue with the steps to help identify the cause.
-Reconnect your devices one at a time to your TV, testing the TV after connecting each device.
-If the indicator starts blinking after a certain device is connected, check that device for an issue.
