    This SONY tv has a slight blue tint in every setting. I dont know if this is normal. If anyone has the same problem, please comment.

    We ended up returning this tv after a few days. My wife found it to not be Apple friendly as she thought it was and it was more Google oriented. She could not get it to play Apple Music, etc. Also, we both objected to the preloaded Fox "news" channels it offered. I mean, seriously?? No NSNBC ?? We returned it and purchased a same size Samsung tv and it's working out much better. The Best Buy experience was fine however with helpful people throughout.

    Didn’t like it at all. The picture quality was dark and dull. In vivid mode, everything looks colorful and bright. However, when you play video games, it switches to game mode which is dark, dull, and lifeless. If you switch it to vivid mode when playing games, there is a significant lag that makes playing games unbearable. Had to return it and buy a Samsung OLED instead. I had one in the living room that didn’t have this issue.

    Open box - Disappointment

    The TV i purchased was supposed to be in "excellent" like new condition. It didn't have a box so the employees took forever to wrap it and didn't even do it well. When I unwrapped it at home the tv was absolutely filthy and covered in scratches. So disappointing. Returning it today.

    Purchased this TV for my parents less than 5 months ago and it just stopped working, the red light flashes but nothing happens. Very disappointed that Best Buy is ok with selling defective merchandise and has no intention of making it right with their customers.. I buy everything electronic related from Best Buy,.... I always have. Never again

    OLED flickers

    Apparently all OLED TVs have flicker, cannot watch it for more than 10 min. without getting "sand in eyes" effect. QLED TV have similar issue BTW.

      These steps may also help resolve the issue:

      Check the connection and position of the antenna and peripheral devices
      -Check the antenna/cable connection.
      -Keep the antenna/cable away from other connecting cables.
      -When installing an optional device, leave some space between the device and the TV.
      -Make sure that the antenna is connected using a high quality 75-ohm coaxial cable.

      Check the [Motion] setting
      -Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [Motionflow] — [Off].
      -Change the current setting of [CineMotion] to [Off].
      Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [CineMotion].

      Perform a power reset
      -Turn off the TV.
      -Unplug the television power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
      -Let the television remain without power for 2 minutes.
      -Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.
