The coil whine on this when in vibrant mode or playing a video game is insane! Returning first thing tomorrow. Apparently this is a very common issue with this sony line of oleds

This TV is beautiful, the image is crisp, contrast is anazing. The sound is even great considering many manufacturers want to push you to get a sound bar or surround system. I just have to add, I cannot believe there's a reviewer on here (Mitchy) that gave the the TV 3/5 because he likes Apple products and is confused they might not work seamlessly with a Google TV. I have an Android which works seamlessly, as does my girlfriend's iPhone. I think the problem becomes evident in his tantrum about not being able to get his propaganda from MSNBC, and that SONY had the nerve to provide a channel that triggers him. In conclusion, if you want a flawless image with impessive sound, and you are intelligent enough to understand there are other points of views in the world...this is the perfect TV.

You couldn't deliver the TV console as planned not on the first date or the second date so I canceled the order

Welp...i love this tv, its a replacement for my beloved sony A90J that sadly after owning for 3 years has started slowing down and the picture quality has started degrading as well it served me good though may it rest in tech heavon. Any on the my review the sony 55 inch 75L oled has absolutely breath taking picture it surpassed the quality of my A90J even. As for the sound i dont care that the 80L has the better bass bla bla i got thus tv hooked up to a JBL sound system the shakes the house and will probably never use the tv speakers for the entire time of owning it. So anyway i read that some people are complaining about dark image with standard picture well here is a tip that i hope will help them and anyone else who buys the tv 1st go to settings go to picture and sound click on it then find light sensor make sure to turn it off next scroll down to brightness look for peak brightness and turn that up to full aka high dont worry it wont cause burn in then look for advanced contrast and put that to high also after that you will want to look for eco/power saving mode you will find it under system in settings make sure that anything related to power saving and eco mode is turned off. Tv will now gain some extra brightness however to those looking for brightness equal to say a samsung qled or led for that matter you wont get it from an oled these are still ment to be veiwed in dark rooms and sony has very aggressive ABL to protect their oled tv,s from getting burn in so jusy want to make that clear but you will still have at least a little bit brighter picture after you follow my steps. Okay well thats it i hole this helps and if you decide to keep the tv enjoy its a good tv.

If you’re thinking of upgrading your TV look no further. The deal Best Buy is offering right now is beyond ridiculous. This latest model was just released a few weeks ago, hasnt even been rated yet. It is quite possibly the best OLED TV on the market at that price range (MSRP $1,899.00) but on sale for $1,199.00. Bundle it with a soundbar and you have the deal of the decade. If you dont believe me, visit one of their locations, talk to one of their customer service representatives and have then convince you. I’m glad I did!

Wonderful image and resolution and usability. Jonathan was a tremendous help Jon Langtry in giving us information how to use it and he has made himself available any further questions we had friends since about throwing our Apple TV from our iPhones to the new Sony TV. Great person and helpful. Will always buy Best Buy.

Excellent TV. Got it on sale so at the time, good bang for your buck so to speak. Theres a reason why the Sony Bravia XR processor is high regarded. It is the same visually as an A80L for lower price but lesser sound quality. Which is negligible since most use a soundbar anyways.

Extremely satisfied with this Sony OLED technology, 55 inches is perfect size, and with the promotion sale we have been waiting for to replace our other 15 yrs oldTV. Sony never fails to deliver the best quality and durability.

So far so good excellent picture quality little bit to get through all set up processes but not overwhelming. It picked up all my devices as we went through set up the first time. Take note something I wasn't thinking of legs on TV are much further apart so need to make sure your stand if putting on a cabinet or table that it is long enough.

This tv exceeded my expectations in every way. Very impressive colors and clarity. The only issue is the auto dimming function, which cannot be disabled. I spent two weeks researching/trying to calibrate the picture, only to learn this is a built-in feature. Having the brightness constantly self-adjust made this unwatchable. Very disappointing because the picture is amazing (while it lasts).

Kind of dim compared to most tv’s I’m use to but you can’t deny the great clarity and contrast it provides. I almost thought I made the wrong decision until I watched it in “vivid” mode which made the picture more bolder and brighter.

I've had this TV for three weeks. Outstanding picture, and the Sony controls work flawlessly. I actually love this TV.

I love my new television! The sound and picture quality is fantastic. It was time consuming to get all of my streaming services connected and I would have preferred not to have Google tv, but it just about makes you.
