I love my new television! The sound and picture quality is fantastic. It was time consuming to get all of my streaming services connected and I would have preferred not to have Google tv, but it just about makes you.

Who knew TVs had gotten so blasted expensive?! YIKES! That being said, the picture clarity is very good but the pictures seem very dark & try as I might I cannot figure out how to lighten the background. That's why I have answered whether or not I would recommend this product with a negative response.

Sold me open box

Bought this online for store pickup. Had it brought to curbside. Box had blue painters tape on it. BB guy said it was because the flap came open in freight. Like an idiot I believed him. Brought it home hauled it upstairs and opened it. The yellow energy guide sticker was removed and on top of styrofoam, batteries in the remote and plastic bag the tv ships in was wadded up inside. VERY SHADY AND CRAP that BB would sell this as new. Returning this and buying a TV from amazon instead. Shame on you "bad" buy. No more spending $ in your stores. Your service already is horrible. 3 strikes, your out.

Bought this and for the money I spent for the high quality audio and video only to find out I can’t download my xfinity app for cable streaming. I had to buy a Roku stick to make it complete
