Actually we upgraded to the 65" version. And it was delivered and installed in time to watch the super bowl on very short notice in spite of the substitution.

I really love the crisp clear picture on the Sony Bravia OLED tv.

Best oled Tv ever with 4 hdmi and multiple inputs this is an absolute must anybody that needs a tv with all the bells and whistle. I'm really thinking of buying another one at that price.

Initially the TV was great. Picture quality - great. Sound - better than I expected. The navigation through the apps and channel could use a little simplification, but overall I was pleased. The delivery service was excellent! The reason why I am giving this one star is because within the 90 days of my purchase, the TV suddenly turned off. Four blinking red lights appear when I turn it on. I attempted to troubleshoot it using YouTube videos, but have failed to resolve this. I am deeply disappointed because when I hesitated on paying this large amount for a TV, I had a perfectly functional old Sony TV that has never failed me. In fact, all my Sony products seem to have stood the test of time - without problems! That's why I couldn't believe it this this problem! Bestbuy will not take it back or resolve this without the protection plan. I wonder if I should've stuck with my old TV or purchased a LG instead :(

I have always had excellent results with Sony TVs.

After 1.5 years my TV has a dark line visible across the panel. Really disappointed. Last time I spend so much on a television.

The picture is crystal clear from a wide angle. The description of settings for external inputs could be much clearer. Apple airplay does not seem to work despite it being a particularly advertised feature. I cannot tell whether this failing is the particular iPad or the TV, or some less than obvious configuration detail, so I am NOT downgrading the TV on this point. If your iPad is usb-C so you must go through another device to the HDMI cable there is a good chance that 4K media will not play and will report and error that your HDMI cable is not good enough. (It's a top of the line Monster cable, so that seems unlikely.) I might need to get a better splitter, or maybe iPad via usb-C to HDMI cable just won't work. Again, because I'm not certain I'm NOT downgrading the TV. Real soon now we'll have internet or cable at the local, so it won't be a problem, so I'm not stopping to play 20 questions with customer support. We had to be REALLY CAREFUL handling the TV in accordance with the "don't squeeze the Charmin" warnings. A big improvement would be including fold out handles on the top of the back side plastic framework so that it is not a worry inspiring effort to not squeeze the display panel when holding the TV vertical to install it in place or even get it out of the packaging. The bottom is fine because you can slip a finger or two into the space where the stand goes until you get the stand in place and then hold the bottom by the stand (or continue using the slot for the stand if you're hanging it on a wall mount.) They table stands for this particular model are closer to the edges than the picture (that seems identical for the whole line). So if you're installing this in a corner on a non-square media table, you need to be sure of exactly where you need to measure if your furniture is deep enough to support the stands. I ended up using a wall mount anyway, but it would have been an issue with my original plan.

This TV is amazing! We had an older 4k TV from a different brand that kept turning off on its own and the picture quality was fine. I decided on this TV because of the price and features. The Sony TV's on display at Best Buy always look great, just like most of the other TV's that are on. I thought by the time I get it home I would need to make adjustments and that the picture wouldn't look as sharp as it did in the store. I was 100% wrong, I plugged it in and signed into Google did some updates then watched a few shows on youtube tv and all I can say is wow. Everything is crystal clear and made our old 4k TV look like absolute trash. I didn't have to adjust any picture settings to get that wow factor screen. I normally use a Roku or Apple TV for my streaming source, but the built in Google TV works very nicely and has no lag. I was also able to use the TV remote to control my apple tv. I have a polk audio sound bar, once plugged into the TV, I can use the TV remote to control the sound bar as well. The sound bar also sounds better while connected to the new tv. Our old TV I felt like I had to adjust sound settings all the time to get a perfect sound for movies/tvs/games/etc. The built in speakers also work pretty well and if you buy certain Sony sound bars it will work with the built in TV speakers. Plus, it also has a decent amount of HDMI ports. I know this TV is a little expensive for its size, but you pay for what you get. Buying that cheap 75-inch 4k tv will look cool on your by having a big screen, but the picture will not match what this Sony can produce. Overall, I'm so happy I decided to skip a cheap 4k TV and bought an excellent TV that is worth every cent!

This Smart TV was highly rated by Consumer Reports and checks off all the boxes for us. Yes, The Sony BRAVIA televisions cost significantly more but this is OLED 4k with excellent picture quality. You could install a sound system but we did not find that necessary as this TV has a dynamic sound system that far exceeds that of other Smart TVs. The setup was easy. The only complaint I have is that it took additional effort with no instructions to figure out to install Apple TV (our preference) to "override" the default Google TV. After I did this this the menu went to Apple TV on startup for about a week and bypassed Google TV. That's how I set it up. For some reason that I haven't yet figured out the Google TV is again coming up on startup. I have to manually get over to Apple TV by pressing the TV button on the Sony remote to use Apple TV.

Upgraded from a 4k samsung lcd that i bought 3.5 years ago. I love this tv. The colors are so rich and crisp, the darks on this screen make everything pop and its so much easier to navigate than that samsung ui. This is my first Oled and im never going back!

Sony once again does an amazing job with the design, functionality and ease of use with this beautiful OLED TV. The picture quality is stunning. The sound is clear and rich. The setup was easy and quick. Great TV at a great price - I highly recommend.

Get TV sharp picture, I got it for my PS5 Pro to have a tv that work bring out the best features of my gaming systems and to watch movies. I plan on getting a sound bar for it also to complete the set up for my room.

Everything you expect picture wise from an OLED. OLED's are perfect but they do deliver super black levels and deep rich color. There is some jutter and a few other minor annoyances with the tech still but no worse than there were with LCD or Plasma... each has it's own quirks. The one thing I have experienced negative with this Sony so far is that the HDMI ports seems to connect with devices poorly resulting in loss of CEC or Bravia control with other devices. This is easily rectified with a hard restart on the TV but it's a bit annoying to have to do so. The other thing is most people have said their purchase had very near perfect color, etc. right out of the box... mine was not good at all but post calibration I am very happy with it... so results in this regards may vary. As with most flat panels the sound is not very good so you will need to rely on an external sound source unless you are easily pleased.

I absolutely love this tv. I got it after half my Samsung went dim and this is such an upgrade. The vivid picture setting when watching movies is amazing, especially at night. I love how if you turn off the tv and turn it back on briefly, it picks up where you left off. The response times for the remote are quick and the layout of apps is great. Size of the remote is good. I have my PS5 hooked up to thr ARC HDMI port and it is great. Only thing I will say is that I wish the remote had a backlight.

Let's face it OLED TV'S are very expensive, and this entry-level Sony OLED is the perfect TV for its price point. Would I have loved to have gotten the A95L, of course, not in my budget. It took me 5 months and much research to finally settle on this model instead of the A80L at the $500 difference. The differences between the A80L and A75L when it comes to picture quality, there is "NONE" which in my opinion is the most important factor, no sacrifice on picture quality. The $500 difference is internal speakers, one less speaker, hands free commands with the built-in microphone, instead of using the microphone on the remote and lastly the multi-positional legs instead of the plastic ones that came with the A75. Speaking into a remote for the $500 difference is not worth it, adding a Sony sound bar fixes the spearker difference, purchasing the legs that come with the A80L (yep they fit) from a 3rd party fixes the short ( pun intended) comings of A75L. They are not adjustable, it would have been too wide for my set up. The sound bar fits perfectly under the TV in the narrow mode, with the higher height. Do yourself a favor and buy this TV if you are budget conscious and don't want to sacrifice picture quality!

Great picture, tv is identical to the A80L and i would reccomend purchasing if you have a sound solution. The biggest downside here is the speakers on the tv are not that great but OLED technology provides extremely pretty color and contrast
