A good deal on an Open Box television

The sales person in the store was incredibly helpful Because it was an open box, I wanted to see the set before paying for a taking it home. While it wasn't easy, the sales person did as I requested. One minor annoyance is that the remote doesn't have a fast forward or reverse - nor are there instructions on how to do it.

After doing extensive research online, I found out that there is not that much of a difference between the A75L and the A80L. the only difference was that it has 2 in-panel speakers rather than the 3 that are in the A80L and that the legs of the TV are different. for me what truly mattered was that the panel and processor were the same as the A80l. I am really happy with this TV and for the price its a steal for an OLED. I WOULD MAKE THE PURCHASE AGAIN!!!

That tv had some bad picture with anything hooked up with a hdmi. Maybe qm7k tcl mini led is better than this sony who knows. But this tv sometimes impresses other times it doesnt. Its gaming menu is just lazy for this price. Its brightness with gaming is lacking. Everything else is great. So i say it lacks in certain areas and sometimes lazy and half baked but a betrer picture than lg b4 or b5 its competitor oled.

Exactly what I wanted in a TV

I didn't want LED or LCD because the motion on them has always bugged me. I didn't go with LG because of the glare and wanted something reliable so I skipped Samsung. This Sony OLED Bravia television is exactly what I wanted in order to integrate into my old sound system while preparing me for my future upgrade. The menus are simple and intuitive and it has a special port designed to work with the PS5.

So, I opted for the A75 OLED. It is our homes first OLED. The picture is outstanding! The factory speakers are great. I opted for SONOS surround with it. Smart platform is very nice. Recent Netflix update made our 14 year old Samsung not able to run App. Had to upgrade TV. Thank you Netflix! Best Buy associate was extremely helpful with information to make an informed decision.

Great while it lasted

I went out and got 4k movies to get the full effect. Unfortunately as much as I was enjoy my new tv, shortly after it quit and started blinking 5 times. Looked it up and it's a blown fuse. I called warranty and they are replacing my tv. Although they are quick to resolve this issue, I hope I don't have to keep doing this. I only have 1 year with this warranty and although I can buy the extended warranty I feel this shouldn't be a need for a Sony Tv. I own an older Sony CRT and use it regularly maybe I expected too much from the new Sony.
