Have tv only two weeks , however tv has excellent picture & sound , colors are vivid , overall beyond my expectations would highly recommend especially at discounted price. Works great right out of box.

Excellent right out of the box. To the person that returned the tv due to the dinging noise when navigating through the menus. You can turn that off. I was torn between this and tue LGC1. In store the A80J looked a lot better. And once I got it home I was certain I had made the right decison. I game and use the tv as a monitor and its been perfect. Moviea nad contect are just incredible. Gaming with Ps5 has been next level. Get this tv if you can. You wont be disappointed. Its the One.

We love this tv so much we bought a second one. Sony has been very reliable for us. The oled is amazing. Very clear and crisp color.

Getting older (85) and needed a larger screen. The Sony is wonderful colors and clarity. Really glad we bought it. We even use the sound system in the TV instead of our stereo set up.

One of the best tv’s I’ve ever purchased. This is a smart tv. Works well with my iPhone, and most importantly the picture and customization options are top of its class.

Great OLED TV as I had to purchase a 2nd one. Not too far off from the A90J which I also have but is quite a bit more costly.

Pound for pound, best 55" OLED when picture and sound quality are important. The XR processor is best in class. I got an open box Geek Squad certified so a no brainer deal. Highly recommend this TV!

The picture is amazing. The sound quality is very good. I would recommend this OLED TV to any one. The pricing was excellent with the big discount.

Salesman was knowledgeable and helped me see the pros and cons between a Sony and LG. Then gave me time to try both and work through which one was best for us. The tv was very easy to install. The picture is fantastic; it is easy to program, and use with no cable. The waranty is positive and very worth the money. The only CON is the voice is a mite weak. But all we had to do was adjust the level of volume. We are extremely excited with our purchase. The salesman makes the difference.

Amazing Tv to have and has a pretty decent sound quality compared to my Samsung tv. Im about to purchase a second one since I loved it so much!

We are in our late 60's. Our kids talked us into this technology. We are very happy with our purchase. It remains to be seen if the TV will last as long as previous less expensive technologies.

The picture is so crisp and clean. Wife wasn’t happy about me purchasing a new tv but the first movie we watched on it she was blown away. Pairs nicely with a PS5.

TV broke and I went in to purchase a new tv. I gave the salesman specs important to me and what 2 tvs I was contemplating. He told me before we got into that, he wanted to show me something first. He turned on this tv and after 10 seconds, I had to ask if this was real? This technology is unreal. He even helped me research on line (always get a second opinion) and he said I know you will be taking it home. We talked about a sound bar. I told him give me a few minutes to think about it and he loaded it on flatbed and said it was by the register when I finally decided. He was right. I bought it. A bit skeptical with sony products after some bad products in the past, but I went for it. Brought home with expectation with wife and daughter, do not talk price, watch and see what you think. This tv is in our family room and we spend family moments around the TV, hence an important purchase. My wife loves the remote and she smiled pretty big. The clarity and how it enhances shows.... watching The Mandalorian again, I felt like I was on set of the production with the detail you can see. I have seen things and heard things I missed before. I watched an animated show for comparison....amazing...PS5....amazing!!! I am telling people if you can afford it, this is your technology. The tv sound is beyond amazing, but I find tv audio never lasts long so I have a sound bar to hook up and try. Plus at 45, hearing has lost some luster. My wife found out how much I paid and she decided I made the right choice for us and is in love. If your not in a pinch for a tv, save for the oled. No, i'm not a techy, but my eyes are near 20/20 and they haven't lied to me yet and I felt fair price for amazing product. I still have my sony bravia from 2008 working and feel Sony will last a long time. TV died was only 5 years old and a different popular well known brand. Sony, do not let me down!

It's a cliche, but you truly "get what you pay for." However, I did snag this on sale for 1200 and have to say that this is hands-down the best television I have ever owned. I previously tried to go for mid-range, budget options; most recently, the hisense u7g, which was riddled with problems and abysmal motion interpolation. I returned it. I decided to bite the bullet and go with this Sony OLED instead and have zero regrets. I don't know what to write that hasn't already been said, but the biggest pros for me are the incredible picture quality, great customization features, next-level processing with a focus on a proper cinema experience (motion handling in particular is incredible), surprisingly excellent sound quality for built in speakers, and Google TV. I also greatly appreciate that you can adjust the legs to fit a smaller tv stand (about 28 inches apart). This was a godsend for my living room set up. I have not tried gaming yet, but the response time is amazing and they added variable refresh rate in a patch. I have few cons that take away from how excellent this tv is, but I will say that, while the motion handling is great, you may need to do some tweaking to get it just right. With all motion interpolation off, you avoid the soap opera effect, but will get some stutters due to its fast response time. However, with motion interpolation all the way on, you get the soap opera effect (to each their own, but I hate it). However, I found you can fine tune this. I set cinemotion to low and smoothness to 1. I would have to say motion looks absolutely perfect with this, although some may not want to have to tweak small settings. I also will say that while Google TV is a pro, it can feel a bit cluttered with ads and recommendations I don't need (I recommend "apps-only" mode for a cleaner look). Some may also find issue with the brightness. I have a well-lit room with no windows directly facing the tv and have no issues watching during the day, but you will need to turn the brightness to near max during the day and down at night; again, some people may not like making adjustments like this. All in all, this was a phenomenal buy.

Great product , easy to use and good picture and fairly priced

Had this TV since released in 2021 which I pay $2,600 with 5 years warranty. Beautifully 4K contents and sounds…plus 8K look amazingly too. So far so great, will see how long this TV last…
