    Perfect picture and ease of use. I used my AV receiver and speakers for the sound instead of just the TV and this thing rocks! I won't buy anything but Sony and I'm so happy I bought this TV. The setup is easy and the Best Buy guys were great with their recommendations.

    I always wanted an OLED and this has been my first. It is the best TV I've ever had. Great for PS5. I do have to say its a little heavy but the images and color are on point. Has a ton of features that you can customize for your liking or devices being hooked up to the TV.

    Great TV for darker room. The brightness is not super impressive compared to some QLED or Mini-LED TVs, but because of OLED the black level is very impressive, the picture quality is out of this world in a darker room. Sony video processing is one of the best, very natural colors and good calibration out of the box. Also great for gaming console such as Sony PS5, supports all what PS5 can offer. Picture quality aside, unfortunately effectively this TV only has one usable HDMI 2.1 port if you have a soundbar (the only other HDMI 2.1 port is also an eARC port for soundbars). If you have multiple consoles or not wanting to get a HDMI 2.1 compatible receiver this TV may not be for you. For more inputs the LG OLED C1 or C2 may be a better option although I personally prefer Sony picture. The price of this TV is also very high, but if you can, wait until they switch generations (such as when this A80J was being replaced by A80K), thats when you can get good deals.

    Very pleased with this product. Good picture quality. Also very easy to navigate through the many features. Especially like the WiFi and internet capabilities which allow subscription to tv platforms such as Apple TV which ate not supported by my cable provider.

    So far no hiccups and the latest update enabled VRR. Got it on sale for approximately 33% off. Great picture, blacks are super black, very snappy response to commands. Would recommend. Get a sound bar or other speaker system bc although the sound from screen is cool, it just isn't the best

    I bought this TV for viewing in a dark room for general TV watching. The blacks in the picture are significantly better than the 12-year-old Sony it is replacing and the image is clear and crisp. The sound in the bass range is great as is. We have not yet hooked up a DVD or to internet for use of all the features.

    Very good TV with great picture. Reasonably easy to set up, though it took a few minutes to install the feet (it is on a table, not hanging on a wall). Right out of the box, the colors were too saturated. Had to tone them down a bit to our satisfaction. Also had trouble distinguishing black when there was a scene with black hair on a black shirt against a black background. Make adjustments to suit your tastes. Also figuring out how to control the channels with the remote - we have a Spectrum cable box - is not intuitive. Had it set once then I did something (cannot recall what) and now we are back to using the cable box remote to change channels. Fortunately we watch little network TV. Viewing angles are really good. I have an older Sony X900E and being off even 20 degrees from center you can notice the degradation in colors. Not so with this TV - even when I stand almost 90 degrees off, the colors are still very vibrant.

    Sony does not disappoint. It had been since 2009 at least since I got my first Sony Television. A flat screen. I loved that Tv and dreaded the day it would die. Not long lived like the old style tvs... I thought I would try something different. Big mistake. I didn't know if the newer 'smart' tvs would be as good as my beloved first Sony flatscreen. I don't use the 'smart' aspect because of the privacy issues so this new Sony is essentially like my old one just a bit more complicated with the settings. That took some getting used to. I ended up getting a larger one than I intended because the next size down was too small. I tend to watch old English series more often than not so the picture is not as good as the modern shows filmed with the latest cameras. My favorite thing about Sonys is that they are made with lots of settings to get the picture to look as good as you can get it to look. You can't beat a Sony for picture quality and the ability to get it there.
