The exchange went flawless and the new tv works perfect. The image is the clearest image I had on a tv ever. The colors are extremely vivid and sharp. The black tones are really great and the sound is pretty good considering the size of the speakers. All is good so far.

Our Sony Bravia 55" tv

We were very pleased with all aspects and features that come with the Sony Bravia. There are more features than we will use. The picture is clean, sharp and the colors are very fine.

Installation was straightforward but being a senior, I did need my sons help programming the TV remote as our primary controller as opposed to normally doing that with the Cable remote. I am very happy with that decision and I am really enjoying all the new streaming services. As a side note, we did have to move the wireless router to a new central location in the house to get the internet connection to be more consistent. that was little bit of work rerunning cables and drilling holes, but definitely worth the effort. Picture quality is superb and we picked up a Sony Sound Bar which provides great audio. TV audio was adequate, but we opted to get better sound quality with the bar.

Colors are vivd. Sound is very good - even though we did not purchase a sound bar. We set up the TV on our own. Wasn't too difficult, although an instruction manual would have been appreciated for the semi-tech savvy. But we did get it set up in short order with a couple of phone calls to our more tech savvy children. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. In addition, I would like to compliment the sales crew who were patient with us to fully explain why this was the correct choice for us. We did upgrade from our original thoughts, but we are very happy we did.

Great picture, sound needs a soundbar

I only have 2 issues with it and that is i use xfinity app to watch local news which sony doesn’t support and also when i play the game console the tv doesn’t switch back to the input i had previously so i need to use the remote to change the input back to what i was watching beforehand.

Stunning picture with HDR or Dolby vision on 4k content. Cable box picture quality upscaled is pretty good, just wish that TV broadcasters would switch to 4k transmissions. Found the out of the box standard picture setting to be too blue [on the cool side] but the Expert 1 setting seems to be much better and closer to the 6500 kelvin that most people prefer. As for the sound it seems quite good although I have a home theater setup so I don't use the internal speakers very often. All in all I'm quite happy with this new TV.
