My wife was on the fence about a new TV and once she saw it, even she was impressed and happy with it. I happened to get this on sale for a great price. The apps on the TV load incredibly fast and is responsive to remote inputs unlike some streaming devices. This was absolutely worth it.

Sony’s upscaling is second to none.This is my 2nd OLED tv with C1 by Lg my first. Tv is smart fast and has an additional benefit of being used as a center channel if paired with the a5000-7000 soundbar or hta9 system! You can go wrong and with the new 2022 TVs coming out anytime now,a 55” is now only $1,199. Awesome tv

We love the intensity of the colors, the depth of the view, the almost 3D effect makes what we are watching a much better experience--even with SD shows it is a way better picture than our previous sets. And setup could not have been easier--even my dvd was configured when I had it connected to the TV before powering it up. Big smiles!

I play Spotify through it, have only streaming. I gave it a 4 on brightness but I always prefer the very bright so I'm skewed on that - don't let it deter you. Visitors have also commented on the beautiful picture.

Picture is very accurate, plenty bright, and looks a lot better than the LG C1 and its big brother LG G1. IMO, this is easily a level above LG products in picture quality.

We stepped up to this Sony OLED 4K and it's amazing. We connected it to a Bose sound bar with two small speakers for surround sound. Only trouble I've had is with YoutubeTV app producing spinning wheel of death. It's probably my wi-fi connection. Hopefully Best Buy total tech team will figure it out for me.

Good TV at a good price

The sound is clean and clear. The bass response is slight, but noticeable. The image is vivid and reasonably bright. The construction is solid with a metal display frame backed by a hard plastic rear casing. While this TV may not be that heavy, you might need two people to unbox and mount it. Even though the TV is made well, it is fragile. Please note that the TV has a glass cover which is also used as a speaker / Acoustic Surface Audio+. I also plugged a USB DAC into this TV. It worked like a charm!

One lasted only a year. It’s replacement is still running, but the OS is so darned sluggish. This TV however has an amazing pictures, and the operating system / UI is very snappy and a joy to use. I still prefer LG’s user interface, but Sony hit a hole run with this TV.

More natural look with colors and handled darker scenes much better. Word of advice, get a Chromecast as you can bypass Dolby Vision and the dark issues by switching the Chromecast to just produce HDR content. Huge difference!
