I wanted this TV to be the same across as my old TV. The salesman did not tell me that you have to measure diagonally so I ended up with a smaller TV than my original TV.

As for the sound, you have to consider that the loudness/volume and sound quality of the television is dependent on the source that you're playing. Quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. You can configure various settings related to the TV’s sound such as sound quality and sound mode to enhance your overall listening experience.

Near perfect but too too dark.

If I wanted it on the brightest picture setting, the colors were over saturated and unnatural. On the other hand, the quality of the picture was the best I’ve seen of any tv in person.

There are various settings that you can configure in [Picture] settings to match the picture quality or brightness level depending on your personal preference to improve the viewed content on your Google TV. There are also Picture mode settings that provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing.

However, I have it next to a couple other LED screens and they are brighter than this one. This has much deeper blacks, obviously, but it’s frustrating to have to dim the other tvs to match it.

OLED technology show deep blacks and the fact I can view my TV from any angle is awesome! The picture is a little darker than some tv's but I don't particularly notice it or mind. Its rich and deep with detail like I've never seen. Sony has been my go to tv all my life and I see no need to change that now. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
