    TV was an open box item that I picked up at the Best Buy warehouse. The people there were great and super helpful. TV was in excellent shape and I could not be happier. Was a great buying experience from buying online to the pick up at the warehouse.

    Two weeks after purchase the TV became defective (it had already passed the return period with Best Buy, I did not buy the extended warranty), the audio on the TV became very static until it was gone, I wanted to give a 1 star review due to that but I reached out so SONY customer service and was immediately escalated as a top priority, I got a replacement unit installed at my home within a week, the defective unit was hauled away and no issues ever since, all items have a defective rate in their products but what matters is how they treat their customers once issues arise, I had a wonderful experience with Sony. by the way, the unit is amazing, awesome picture quality, Google TV is a strong competitor to ROKY and Tizen OS, the tv speakers are loud, Sony also sells a mounting bracket that makes the TV it almost flush to the wall.
