Google TV Interface is a giant pain

Said it was a faster processor, and the Google TV interface was superior. Well, I don't notice the processing speed as the interface is so clunky to change sources, and startup requires so many steps to get to my streaming TV service. I am thoroughly disappointed in this TV, and it was not cheap. The Google TV interface is a giant pain in the neck to use, and there are no setting to change the default, or quickly navigate on startup. I wish could turn the interface off somehow and just plug in an amazon stick.

Terrible remote!

Almost returned it because of the remote. One of Sony’s top-of-the-line TVs and they give you a cheap lightweight remote with no back lighting doesn’t make any sense. Literally almost returned the TV over it. Why would a company do such a stupid boneheaded thing. Would have given them five stars But the part of the TV that you touch and use all the time is terrble.

Screen goes black during streaming

The first Sony's screen would go black once every two to three weeks and stay that way for hours or a day. I could only hear the sound. Best Buy replaced the first Sony OLED and the 2nd one did the same thing the day after it was installed. According to the Best Buy tech, Sony's website acknowledges they are aware of the problem but they do not have a solution. very frustrating 10 months of my life !!!!
