Thank you for choosing and purchasing our XR A80K 4K HDR OLED Google TV. It is unfortunate that the TV had to be returned. This is usually not the case with our premium TVs and not the experience that we would like you to have. The picture quality of the TV can be adjusted to your preference or select a preset that we have under the TV picture settings. Thank you for sharing your experience and we hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

Hi MJLA, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the new A80K OLED TV. We're sorry if the picture and sound quality did not meet your expectations. We'd like to know more specifics about your concern so we can help you resolve your issue. Is the picture dark? Is the sound not loud? In the mean time, you can configure various settings related to the TV display such as color and brightness for picture quality, or screen size and even your sound preference. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option. Please note that This TV includes a light sensor that optimizes picture brightness to room conditions, boosting brightness in light rooms and reducing it in dark ones so you get the perfect view. Your TV may experience a video issue for several reasons, including connection issues, screen adjustments, video source performance, electrical interference, power conditions, and more.
