Both have beautiful pictures, but we think the A80K OLED is the BEST. I would recommend both depending on placement. We have the A80k in the master bedroom and the X95K mini-LED in a southern facing great room with 12 windows and it does preform well there. We have sound bars on both sets, so we can not review the sound.

Great Picture and Sound

After my Samsung UHD TV showed some problems with Its sound I went to check out the latest OLED TV Sony has to offer. I saw a big difference in picture qualify compared to my old Samsung. The blacks were more pronounced and the colors are realistic. Im glad I got this TV and I like Its has Voice Commands through Google TV. I would reommend this TV.

Can easily stream directly from the TV but I opted to use Apple TV and a Sonos soundsystem which connects easily with no problem.

Great picture, all the apps you need built in, and good sound with the active screen technology. I did add an AT3000 sound bar to complete the package. The optional subwoofer & rear speakers would have been overkill in my situation, but if you want to blow the spores off their hinges go right ahead.

Impressive OLED TV

Unfortunately I'm not getting a true 4K signal, but the demo version on set up was ridiculously clear and crisp. I was really shocked when I saw the potential of the video quality. Even with 2K. I'm getting a suberb quality. The TV has great sound too, and all the smart TV features one would want. I would highly recommend!

If you want to enjoy watching a High-quality 4K picture, a Premium High Speed HDMI 2.0b or 2.1 Cable that supports speeds of 18Gbps min to 48Gbps is required.
Also, please make sure set the HDMI signal format to "Enhanced". To change the HDMI signal format setting, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Channels & Inputs] — [External inputs] — [HDMI signal format] — [Enhanced format]. Was conflicted on getting this one or the Sony LED Full array TV. Best Buy worked with me in exchanging two LG nano cells that had software issues on both of them. When the second one had an issue, I knew I was going to switch brands. Decided to go with a Sony after researching and reviews. So glad I did, and upgraded to OLED. The brightness is great. Picture is so clear and lifelike. Software is fast and easy to navigate. Nice that you get 5 credits for five movies on the Sony streaming service. I cannot express how good the picture display is. Much better quality than the LG or Samsung. Worth the price and excellent. I am using this in a bedroom. When I move to my new apartment, I will get another Sony just bigger. Or upgrade to the A95K QD OLED.
