Thank you for sharing your experience using your A80L OLED 4K Ultra HD Google TV. We really appreciate the feedback regarding the picture quality of this TV. If Picture mode is set to Cinema or Custom, the screen may become dark. If the screen is still dark after you change the picture quality mode, change the setting Picture, Brightness or Contrast (Too bright or dark) and adjust the brightness to your taste.

For best picture quality, we do not recommend exposing the screen to direct illumination or sunlight and installing the TV in a room with a reflective wall and floor materials. You can always adjust the picture and brightness setting of the TV for any glare concerns.
