      1. Perform a power reset on both devices: Unplug the TV and the Router for 2 minutes and keep monitoring to see if the problem persists.

      2. Forget Network: You can go to Settings > Network > Forget the Network you are having the issues with.

      3. Try Mobile Hotspot: Connect your TV to a Mobile Hotspot and check if the TV still drops the connection.

    Complete waste of money

    It gets a star because it’s a working tv but the remote isn’t functional for apps like Kodi (which is how the salesman convinced me to buy it). I’m still using my firestick. Today it asked for my google password just to watch tv. No option to enter it on the phone. My password is 20 random characters! It randomly cuts from what I’m watching on the firestick to a Google ad screen (and more than half of the opening screen is just giant ads). I hate this tv and the Best Buy salesman who conned me.

    Three days after purchasing it, the network connection, both ethernet and WiFi, would go in and out. An 85” Bravia runs off same network and has no ussues. A day later the tv shows split into a split screen even though there is no split screen picture option

    Purchased television November 2023. Wonderful picture and sound until May 2024 at which time the picture went out. I live alone and not a gamer so wear and tear is not an issue.

    Muddy sound. One of the reasons i replaced the prior older tv was sound issues and i had to use a sound bar. Nice picture but sound is annoying.

    Bought this tv January 2024 and it stop working February 2025 I paid almost $1800 for this tv and it only last I year and now I have to try and get it fix because it’s out of warranty

    It was never delivered at the time it was promised. The delivery person claimed no one was home which was false. I was never able to get a response from the store manager. We canceled and bought on Amazon.

    There is NO written information on how to operate the TV and/or the sound bar!! Phone calls are not the same as one on one help. I need a person in my home to HELP! I need written instructions on the TV and the REMOTES!

    My first 4K TV

    This is my first 4K TV and it is great. I love the picture Watching sports and movies is fantastic . It’s also my first smart TV. Does everything my Fire Stick does. The remote works all of my equipment I also use it as a center channel with my Sony Home theatre system. You cant go wrong with thisTV!

    Wonderful TV. Best picture! We had a Samsung for two weeks until the picture started to turn pink 5 times in two weeks. was concerned since it was a new Oleg TV and so we traded for the Sony. Best Buy replaced it. Not quite as bright as the Samsung but so close
