Our Bravia Upgrade!

He works in the Warwick , RI store. He was excellent in discussing the qualities of the Bravia we chose. He was excellent in his presentation, information, pros and cons of all questions we had. We were very pleased with his service and follow up. Our home service person was Eric and he, too, was excellent, efficient and informative. We appreciated the excellent service by both. We intend to go back and purchase a new TV for our bedroom, again an upgrade. I have already spoken to Kirby about this second purchase and requested Eric as the service tech.

One week later the geek squad was out with another TV. Everything worked fine. We are glad we paid for the geek squad. they identified the hardware problem. we would have never figured it out on our own. All ended well. IN THE END A GREAT TV
