    Heaven Help You If You Have To Deal With Sony

    I've been a Sony owner for over 50 years. Also, my last four Sony TVs have been purchased at BB. Up until my purchase of the A95L I could not have been happier with Sony products.... until now. Unfortunately, I let the BB 15 day return policy lapse and I am now in conversation with Sony. They have made me jump through so many hoops, videos, customer service reps and they always default to my issue is being reviewed by the engineering department. All I will say is if your Sony product(s) work like mine have for 50 plus years you're a winner. If you have just one issue like I am having today good luck dealing with Sony customer relations.

    Picture on regular stations is outstanding but if you’re watching movies or shows with nighttime or lower light levels it all turns black. No contrast just black.

    Screen went black within 16 months

    Loved the TV at first but got annoyed with Google TV after a while and then in less than 1 1/2 years, the screen went black with a red blinking light. I searched the internet and found that this is a fairly common issue with Sony TV's. For a pretty expensive TV, I find that ridiculous and would never recommend this TV nor Sony for that matter to anyone. Sony support was pretty useless after 30 minutes on the phone with someone who barely spoke English. At the end, I was informed that my expensive TV "needed service" duh Then I found out there are NO authorized Sony repair shops in the state of Colorado. Can't make this up.

    Defective tv, don’t has bad quality control

    I am giving this a 1 star review. The original one I bought had a defective motherboard according to geek squad.I had this tv for 2 weeks(2nd tv) today when I went to watch tv the sound stopped working. Did factory resets and unplug cables. After getting to the Home Screen sound no longer works. Very disappointed in Sony quality control. Bestbuy costumer service have been great helping through this, but seriously I’m goin to the 3rd Sony tv now. Sony I thought you were about quality and making sure your products are top notch and actually worked

    Purchasing this TV was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I knew upfront that the feet were too far apart to fit on the entertainment center that I owned. So I ordered some alternate feet at the same time as I ordered the TV. When the geek squad got here to install the TV they didn’t like the feet that I ordered and suggested A wall mount style stand and I said OK. It turned out that this stand was overkill. It was industrial style and raised the TV up way too high. After much discussion with the TV folks at Best Buy I ended up returning it for a LG TV that was of equal quality and looked like it belong in a living room, not a sports bar. Although there was no restocking fee, I was charged a fee to pick up the old TV and install the new one.

In addition to the feet that come with this TV, this TV is also compatible with most table-top TV stands and wall mounts that support a 11.81 x 11.81 inch (300 x 300 mm) VESA mounting pattern. Please note that wee cannot guarantee the full operation and functionality of our products to any third-party accessories that is not manufactured by Sony.

      It's unfortunate that the unit had to be returned. The versatile, two-way, multi-position stand gives you the option of a low-profile setting that focuses your attention on the picture, or a raised setting that accommodates your soundbar in the ideal position.

    Should come with an owners manual

    Without an owners manual trying to figure out how to understand and operate it is extremely difficult. When you spend $3000 a manual wouldn't cause Sony to go bankrupt. If I didn't have it mounted on my wall it would have went back to Best Buys.
