It was a store floor/display model that was, I guess, being sold to make room for newer models?? Anyhow, I couldnt pass up this TV at the price point. I was looking to get a TV for my PS5. Beautiful picture and very good sound without a sound bar. We have not had the opportunity to try all of the features such as downloading of APPS. Time will tell. Hopefully this tv will give us long service.

My den has two sets of sliding glass doors and I was looking for a TV that could handle the reflection. The Sony XJ90 does a great job, The color is bright but very natural.

Almost perfect

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is probably my 3rd Sony TV I own and their image processing is really well done so their pictures always look great even years from now. The viewing angle is not that great if you're viewing it at a really side angle, but I'm usually viewing it from the front straight on so it doesn't affect me. Built in Google TV is a good convenience and the Bravia Core app which is a Sony TV exclusive stream movies at the highest bitrate you can get compared to HBOMax, Disney+, etc. But an annoying issues is when I plugged in my LG soundbar everytime I turn on the TV it constantly switching from TV audio to soundbar audio. It's annoying because I'm constantly having to switch to my soundbar for like 5mins. I recommend a Sony compatible soundbar if you're going to use a soundbar with this tv.

Exactly what I needed it for. 4K rez for the PS5 and a great pairing for my old Yamaha receiver. Just measure the width of the tv stand before you buy. You’ll need a very wide entertainment center, if you don’t you’ll end up with a ghetto setup like me :)

Watching movies and shows in 4K is so much better. So many apps to download. I do wish I the tv had more memory for more apps but I used a thumb drive for that.
