A Sony Bravia Lover

It is the second Sony Bravia that I have owned. The last one I bought was purchased probably in 2010 and it is still doing well. I needed a second TV, so my natural choice was another Bravia.

I will need to come up with an idea to insure it does not easily get bumped and possibly fall off the stand. I am having an issue with the sound not loud enough but will admit I haven't taken the time to resolve the problem. Other than these two issues, I love my new TV....gorgeous picture!

Thank you for purchasing our Sony XR55X90L and while we are happy that you like the picture quality of your new TV, we regret to hear that you are having some issues. We apologize if you were not properly informed about the exact measurements of the TV stand. This 55-inch X90L has two stand position (Standard/Soundbar position). They're both 42 1/8 inch / 1067 mm wide. You can also wall mount your new TV. Sony offers a flush mount TV bracket designed to mount this TV flush to the wall (SU-WL855). For safety reasons, product protection, and to make sure that the installation is performed correctly, Sony strongly recommends that the installation of our TV on a wall be performed by qualified professionals.
