Sony wins again! This TV (55" Class BRAVIA XR X90L LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV 2023) is far superior to other brands on the market today, in my opinion. The color can be subtle or vivid, and the sound is great! Not many TV's have true stereo sound like this one does. A shout out goes to the GEEK SQUAD as well. The guys were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in setting up the Sony TV in my home. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Not sure what is the Problems others have had. The TV works exactly as advertised. Every TV I've evered owned has been Sony. The 1st one from 1991 Trinitron still plays flawlessly. Just gave it away to a friend. Not to mention got a great price as the new models were about to roll out. Only think I can think of is the remote could be backlit or have the numbers on it. Other markets get two remotes in the box!!! 95% satisfied with my purchase.

The Sony x90l is all I need in a tv. I bought an open box, "good" tv. Very disappointed that the tv came with no legs and no remote control. Just the tv and cord. After driving 30 miles to pick it up, I decided to go ahead and take it home. With an old Sony remote, I was able to navigate to the service screen and saw that it had 6400 hours on the panel. Had to be a display unit that also ran on vivid the entire time. Best Buy not so good, Sony x90l great.

As a big film nerd, I’m incredibly picky about picture quality—and this Sony BRAVIA XR X90L absolutely delivers. Paired with a 4K Blu-ray player, the image is nothing short of breathtaking. Every detail pops, from the subtle textures in costume design to the deep, inky blacks in night scenes. The Google TV interface is smooth and intuitive, and setup was a breeze. Picture quality is excellent for watching movies, TV shows, and sports. Sets up relatively easy, though one needs to add streaming Apps and enter passwords of scan QR codes. Can easily access apps from main screen along with live TV and recorded shows.

After researching tvs I chose this sony google tv. Very happy with this smart tv. Never having had a smart tv before I find this relatively easy to navigate. Beautiful picture and sound. With an internet browser it's possible to visit websites. Perfect for my needs. Geek squad did a great set up.

This is an amazing tv the picture is fantastic and the fast refresh rate makes this tv even better! If you are looking for a reliable tv with a great picture I highly recommend this tv!

Excellent TV Dial in rage picture and it rocks. Sound is also good , great bedroom TV.

Fantastic image quality and color accuracy, as well as great viewing angles when viewed from the side the image is clear. Works well is any room dark or bright.

I researched and talked with many people before we changed from Samsung to Sony Bravia when we replaced our living room 65” TV. I have very sensitive eyes and buying another one for our bedroom was a no brainer. This was easy for my husband to install with no adjustments needed. I also like the fact that the dark screen channels are actually black so we can leave it playing while we sleep.

Great TV. it's the first Sony television that I have purchase, mainly for the cost, seen in general sony products especially tv are more expensive, but can't go wrong with the picture quality of this particular unit.

I was looking to buy a TV for upstairs to replace my old Samsung led TV which I do not use whole lot. I love the OLED TVs, but I could not justify spending this kind of money unless was my main tv. I was seriously looking at the mid-range TVs like Hisense or TCL min Leds. However, I watched on You Tube a gentlemen called Caleb Denison and he wanted to say something so bad about this TV but could not find much to say negatively. I bought the Sony 55-inch Bravia XR and I am very happy with my decision to go Sony. If you are looking for a really good tv and you have limited funds please go with this one, I never thought I would ever buy full array led Tv, but I did. Never say never.

We first bought the LG QNED 85 and watched it for a little while but were not sure we liked it, so we went ahead and bought the Sony XR X90L also and compared the two side by side for a week or two since they were the exact same price at the time. After watching for a couple weeks and comparing the both TV's, we found the LG sound was better on voice setting than the Sony on its voice setting. We found the picture was slightly more clear with the LG than the Sony probably due to its more advanced mini LED tech). The legs for the LG were not as stable as the Sony legs. The operation/navigation of the LG seemed better than the Sony. But the Sony color was just more bright, rich and robust. (Even with adjusting and experimenting with the settings quite a lot on both TV's) This is what was the deciding factor for us. However neither TV was in any way significantly better or worse than the other. They were minor differences and others may decide differently. And a special thanks to the salesman at the store who took a lot of time with us on multiple trips to the store for lots of Q&A to narrow it down to these two TV's and letting us return the one we did not want without cost to us.

This TV is great. It is the first item I purchased for my new apartment and it has been the best purchase. The size is great and the picture is clear and crisp. I don’t understand all the technical specs but this television has been great. I don’t have a sound bar and for my use I don’t really need one. The sound is great. The sales associate was so good at helping me decide the size and guided me to my decision. I am a senior and still trying to learn all the functions and capabilities but will figure it out.

To start I will admit, I am a Sony Bravia Fan. Have been for many years. I needed to replace my 13 year old VR Bravia and decided on the XR X90L. Setup was almost automatic. It sensed everything that was plugged into it and auto connected everything. Picture is crisp and clean. navigating menus is almost intuitive! Love This Purchase!!

The sound quality is amazing. It displays almost all 4K content with a very crisp image. The settings it has available are easy to change, and they are very intuitive. PC monitor setup can be somewhat finicky, but it is reliable as a monitor with low latency for a TV. I recommend for anyone looking for an all around solid 4K experience with a high refresh rate.

I love this TV it makes everything look 3D the picture is so clear. The sound is great. The home screen is easy to navigate. It has different filters for viewing modes (even a gaming mode). Highly recommended. Would probably buy the same one for another room in the house.

I bought this tv to replace a 50 inch x90j i bought a couple years ago. I wanted something a little bigger. I expected the picture quality to be about the same as my older one but its actually better. The picture is definitely clearer and sharper, and better contrast. 4K movies are amazing to watch on this. With the local dimming on high, Its close to oled quality. The blacks just arent quite as deep, but close enough for me. Also this was considerably cheaper than the Sony Bravia 8 Oled. Got lucky and got this when it was on sale for $850!
