I wish moving foward feedback to sony.. make remotes white or lighted buttons and not to slim because its to easy to drop and break.

No sleep timer

The sound was as you would expect for a thin tv. We ended up returning the TV because it does not have a sleep timer to turn off the set. We bought a Samsung OLED and are very happy with that. Both were priced within a few bucks of each other.

Customer service over the phone needs a lot of help. Was even promised a $40 gift card for a mistake your team made for my inconvenience that was never recieved in the mail as promised.
